The female wrestlers of the WWE stepped away from the ring to be the main stars of a reality television show titled Total Divas. While the drama in the ring was certainly enough to entice fans, the reality show gave viewers a deeper and more personal look into their lives. The show's initial cast included World Champion wrestlers, Nikki and Brie Bella, Natalya, Paige, and Naomi, with more wrestlers to become part of the cast through the seasons.

These female wrestlers are celebrities in every way and it shows on social media. With their public image comes millions of followers on Instagram and thousands of likes with every post. With such a long cast list, some wrestlers get the title for having the most followers.

Renee Young (2.8 Million)

Renne Young is known as a public figure instead of a wrestler. Fans came to love her for her dynamic tactics when interviewing wrestlers behind-the-scenes after matches, in special events, and on her own podcast. On Instagram, she's under the name @reneepaquette and has amassed 2.8 million followers.

The journalist's Instagram has about everything from her days on WWE to her cute photos of her and her husband Jon Moxley, previously known on WWE as Dean Ambrose. Fans even get to see her journey through her first pregnancy. Renee Young featured on Total Divas through seasons 5 to 9.

Carmella (2.9 Million)

WWE Superstar Carmella demands attention when she steps into the ring. The wrestler originally appeared as a guest in season 5 of the show before getting a main spot in seasons 7 and 9.

There are also some comical yet worthwhile videos and photos that show behind-the-scenes moments with other wrestlers. Lana was originally a guest cast member in season 4 of Total Divas. As the show progressed, she made her return as a main member in seasons 6, 7, and 8.

Natalya (4.3 Million)

Natalya is a veteran in the game with a long family lineage in the wrestling business. The two-time women's world champion loves a bit of glam, her cats, and the business of professional wrestling. Since Total Divas' initial air in 2013, Natalya has remained a main cast member throughout its seasons and is the only cast member to do so.

Eva Marie (4.7 Million)

Eva Marie created quite a stir when she made her debut in WWE. Clad in all red from head to toe, the female wrestler caught people's attention and made quite an impact on the other wrestlers. Eva Marie was the main cast member on Total Divas for six seasons before leaving the show. Now sporting pink on the main roster, Eva Marie's Instagram, @natalieevamarie, displays her popularity with 4.7 million followers.

Besides posts of her as a wrestler, Eva Marie dedicates a lot of her page to show her followers how to keep a healthy regimen. Alexa Bliss (5.3 Million)

Alexa Bliss's character on the main roster is a spitfire and well-loved by wrestling fans. The WWE Superstar joined the reality show as a guest in seasons 6, 8, and 9 but was a main member in season 7. The blonde-haired wrestler made a name for herself on the roster for her slightly chaotic persona and impressive skills in the ring and on the mic.

Alexa Bliss has 5.3 million followers on her Instagram, @alexa_bliss_wwe, and has no issue posting photos of her career home life, and relationship with musician, Ryan Cabrera.

Paige (5.8 Million)

Paige has quite a history with the WWE coming from a wrestling family. The female wrestler was the first NXT Women's Champion and a two-time WWE Divas Champion. She made her mark in history by becoming one of the first to initiate the Divas Revolution and the only wrestler to simultaneously hold two title belts.

The wrestler's career and her journey were even made into a movie produced by Dwayne Johnson in 2019. She was a Total Divas main cast member for five seasons before switching to be a guest in season 9. Brie Bella (8.1 Million)

Hitting the top three with the most Instagram followers is WWE Hall of Fame wrestler, Brie Bella. Brie, along with her sister Nikki, was an original cast member up until season 8 before switching to a guest role to focus on their spin-off series, Total Bellas. Brie Bella is a veteran in the industry, having made a name for herself alongside her twin sister in a tag team.

The one-time WWE Diva's Champion has a big following on Instagram with 8.1 million on her page, @thebriebella. Fans get to see everything from enjoying champagne with Nikki, cute baby photos to her Hall of Fame inauguration.

Nikki Bella (9.9 Million)

When it comes to the Bella Twins, Nikki Bella wins with the most Instagram followers at 9.9 million. Nikki ventured on a tremendous wrestling journey with her twin sister Brie. As the longest-reigning Diva's champion, Nikki is now retired and focuses on her business ventures and life with her son and fiancé, Artem Chigvintsev (who is a from Dancing With The Stars).

Is it really a surprise that the ultimate UFC woman's champion has the most Instagram followers? After Ronda Rousey's retirement from the UFC, she shocked fans by announcing she was joining the WWE. Her new journey was a hit and even became a Raw Women's Champion and had the second-longest title reign with 231 days.

Now being a part of the WWE, Rousey joined Total Divas as a guest in season 8 and by season 9 was part of the main cast. Her Instagram, @rondarousey, is down-to-earth and carefree as she shares her life on the farm with her husband, Travis Browne. Rousey not only shares photos of her precious animals, recreational training but her big announcement of becoming a soon-to-be mom.
