Netflix's Too Hot To Handle season 2 was filmed in a completely different location than the first season, and many fans have praised this new location. The first season of Too Hot To Handle took place at a luxurious resort in Mexico where 14 singles lived together for several weeks while refraining from any type of intimate interactions. At first, the contestants were shocked, as they believed that the whole point of the show was to get singles to hook up. They were sadly mistaken, and were then told that if they did anything with someone else in the house, that interaction would lower the show's $100,000 grand prize.

Besides winning over $75,000, the cast of Too Hot To Handle season 1 was able to reach new heights in terms of fame. For instance, Francesca Farago and Harry Jowsey became the face of THTH as viewers were very invested in - and extremely entertained by - their relationship during and after the show. The couple dated on and off for two years since they first met on the beach in Mexico, but they called it quits for good in May 2021 after another attempt at reconciliation. Now, there's a chance that a season 2 couple could be the next Francesca and Harry.

While Too Hot To Handle season 1 was filmed in a luxury resort in Mexico, this second cycle took the ten singles to the Turks and Caicos. Specifically, this villa is called the Turtle Tail Estate, which costs $10,000 per night to rent and is a 4.57-acre peninsula worth $20 million (via Caribbean Journal). If anyone has that kind of money lying around, the villa is available to rent as early as January 2023. As long as you have $10,000 for the security deposit. For season 2, producers had to trick the contestants into thinking they were on a completely different reality TV show called Parties in Paradise. If the contestants arrived at the same villa from the first season of Too Hot To Handle, it would have ruined the surprise.

Besides, COVID-19 protocols also forced producers to choose a different location. However, it wasn't just the second season that was filmed in Turks and Caicos. Season 3 was also filmed there, as it was shot back-to-back with the second season at the exact same location. The season 2 contestants flew down in January 2021 and filmed the show for about four weeks. It is likely that the third season began in February, and filming for both seasons was completed around March 2021. As for who has stayed at the villa in the past, Rihanna and Diddy have called this place home at some point. And judging by the amenities, it would be very difficult to leave this place after a long stay. Some of those amenities include a private chef and butler,  a gym, a wine cellar, a game room, a lighted tennis court, and more.

By the looks of the new resort, season two of Too Hot To Handle will be making its viewers envious of the gorgeous resort they get to stay at. The new villa definitely looks like an upgrade from the last and will get to be featured twice throughout the series. Hopefully, the new villa isn't too hot for these single contestants to handle.
