Netflix recently streamed Too Hot to Handle season 3, and fans of the dating reality show grew curious about the host Dariany Santana. Too Hot to Handle centers around ten people who frequently engage in meaningless hook-ups and are unable to maintain serious relationships. They are placed in a house for four weeks and complete various workshops to improve their relationship skills. The show’s interesting premise is that despite it being a dating show, the contestants have to be completely celibate. Each time they break a rule, the $200,000 prize gets reduced.

Too Hot to Handle season 3 introduced host Dariany, who only appeared for a brief time in the first episode. Fans soon found out that Dariany was actually a decoy who was posing as a host for a fake dating show Pleasure Island, which the contestants believed they were appearing in. When they found out that they were in fact on Too Hot to Handle, and weren’t allowed any sexual contact, they were shocked. Although most contestants had trouble connecting emotionally, Holly Scarfone and Nathan Soan Mingomezulu started a real relationship, which lasted beyond the show.

Dariany is in fact a bona fide host who appears on Struggle Gourmet on Fuse TV. She has also appeared on other shows, such as Guy’s Big Project, Family Food Showdown, and Culture Filter. She is also the host of Wags to Riches, which is a heartwarming docuseries about animal lovers who run their own businesses. Dariany is a self-proclaimed foodie and the co-owner of Cha Cha Cha Cuban Café in Kenilworth, NJ. Dariany's Instagram profile describes her as “New Jersey-Cuban thriving in LA.” She also calls herself “Dari the Explorer” and her Instagram feed is full of colorful photos from various countries, including Peru and Colombia.

Like many of the Too Hot to Handle contestants, Dariany loves posting videos about her life on her Instagram. She loves spending time with her family, and Dariany posted a video about how her mom and dad are still very much in love. She added the caption, “They’ve been married 35 years & work together 6 days a week but he still insists on being next to her.” She hashtagged it with “couple goals.” Dariany appears to be single at the moment as she recently tweeted, “The irony of my divulging to the cast of ‘Too Hot to Handle’ that they can’t have sex while I’m in the midst of a dry spell is truly delightful.”

No matter who Dariany ends up with, she will be a lucky person, as her Twitter bio says, “I’ll make you laugh, then make you dinner.” Perhaps she'll meet her soulmate one day, like Too Hot to Handle season 1 star, Carly Lawrence. When Dariany is not traveling or hosting television shows, she likes to whip up delicious snacks in her air-fryer, such as chicken wings and balsamic Brussels sprouts. Her Instagram is full of hilarious content, from dad jokes for her friends to weird DMs she gets from fans. As a cook, television host, actress, and producer, Dariany from Too Hot To Handle does it all.
