Sony halts production indefinitely on the Tom Holland-led Uncharted film, which was in pre-production and scheduled to start shooting next month. Uncharted is an adaptation of the popular video game series of the same name. The story follows Nathan Drake, a treasure hunter who travels the world to find historical artifacts. Due to the coronavirus, Sony has delayed the film's production indefinitely, in order to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Uncharted currently has a March 5, 2021 release date, and it is unclear if this will affect that in any way.
