Marvel Cinematic Universe stars Chris Evans and Tom Holland reach out to a boy who saved his sister from a dog. Amid the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, the Captain America and Spider-Man actors took some time to make a real-life hero's day after he showed an incredible act of bravery to ensure the safety of his younger sister.

A few days ago, six-year-old Bridger's story took the internet by storm. As shared by his aunt on Instagram named Nicole Noel Walker, the boy shielded his little sister when a dog suddenly started charging in her direction. He was bitten multiple times on the face and the head, but he still had the presence of mind to grabbed her sister to keep her away from the dog. He belatedly said when asked to explain his actions that "if someone had to die, I thought it should be me." Bridger received a total of 90 stitches and to keep her nephew's morals up, she tagged some Marvel actors as the boy is a fan of the MCU, hoping that someone would get back to him about it.

Bridger wasn't let down as Evans and Holland delivered by reaching out separately. The Spider-Man actor was the first to call as shared by Walker on her social media. She didn't reveal what went down during the conversation, but the boy is evidently happy after the call. The Captain America star followed suit by sending a video message which was shared publicly. Check both posts below:

Other than Evans and Holland, no other MCU star has reached out to Bridger and his family. Warner has also tagged the likes of Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, and Chadwick Boseman among others, but so far, it doesn't seem like they've heeded to the call just yet. This doesn't mean, however, that they're ignoring the petition from the young hero. Perhaps they haven't had the time to check their social media or they're still making arrangements to make their respective calls. In any case, if anyone from the MCU contacts Bridger, fans can be sure that his aunt will share with the public.

Happenings like this prove that fictional comic book characters have a real-life positive impact on people. Aside from the fame and money that comes from joining high profile superhero franchises like the MCU and DCEU, these actors also have massive responsibilities to live up to the expectations fans have on them, not to mention inspire viewers of their films - especially kids like Bridger. This is particularly critical when they're synonymous with the characters they play on the screen like Evans, Holland, and a lot of their co-stars in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
