The quick money exploit in Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore was discovered by Reddit-user cae37. In order to use the exploit, it's advised that the player complete the Illusory 106 Idolasphere, which is the second dungeon in the game. The player should have unlocked all the warp points and destroyed all of the one-way barriers in order to make things easier for themselves. Once the dungeon is finished, the player needs to stock up on Attracter Spray items and Darts, which can be bought from the Hee Ho Mart in Shibuya.
Once the player is ready, they need to return to Illusory 106 and use the warp point to reach the sixth floor. Once there, they need to go to the switch that allows them to change the position of the orange dress, and select the middle option, causing the left arm to reach the middle floor and the right arm to reach the top floor. The player will then reach an area on the seventh floor with a locked door, which cannot be opened until Chapter 5. Once the player has reached this area, they need to use an Attracter Spray, which will cause Sixth Element enemies to appear, signified on the overworld by a sparkling Mirage wearing a golden robe. The player needs to quickly hit this rare enemy, or it will flee.
The Sixth Element enemy is immune to a lot of attacks, but it's weak against bow & arrow attacks. The player needs to use a Dart item, which is classed as a bow & arrow. Eleonora also makes this process easier (if she is in the party), as her bow & arrow special moves will work in the same way as a Dart item. This will cause a Session attack that will kill the enemy and net the player around one-thousand yen per person in the chain. The enemy also drops the rare Macca Converter item, which is a vital component for several weapons and can be tricky to come by under regular circumstances. The trick becomes more effective the more characters are in the party, which includes Barry, Maiko, and Tiki, who can all join in on the Session attack and earn more money for the player.
