To All the Boys PS I Still Love You review

On the heels of To All The Boys I've Loved Before's success, it wasn't long after that To All The Boys 2 was given the green light. By December 2018, Netflix and Paramount's Awesome Films moved forward with the sequel, but wasn't until August of 2019 when they also confirmed To All The Boys 3 will happen to wrap up the trilogy. In conjunction to this, it was also announced that Always and Forever, Lara Jean. was already in production. Prior to the official statement, principal photography already began in Vancouver, British Columbia on July with Michael Fimognari returning as the director. According to Han, the movie's cast and crew also flew to Seoul, South Korea last summer to film some scenes there.

When To All The Boys 3 Could Release

Netflix has yet to confirm when To All The Boys 3 will drop. Fans had to wait to a year and half between To All The Boys I've Loved Before and To All The Boys 2, which might also be the case for the third film. However, it's worth noting that it took a while before the second movie to get into production. Considering that To All The Boys 3 has already begun filming, regardless how far along they are with it, they already have a head start when it comes to production. And with several months left for the year, the streaming giant can easily get it ready by next February, especially if P.S. I Still Love You does well for them this year.

What To All The Boys 3's Story Will Be About

To All the Boys Ive Loved Before Movie Book Changes Sequel

Like its predecessors, To All The Boys 3 will be based on its corresponding Han novel, Always and Forever, Lara Jean where both Lara Jean and Peter are high school seniors. The Netflix adaptation of the second book, To All The Boys 2, ended with the pair getting back together after a series of relationship hurdles, enforced by the arrival of John Ambrose, meaning it pretty much sticks to the original source material, and fans can expect the same thing for the threequel. In the final novel, the couple's main problem stems from their dwindling days as they transition from high school to college. Their issue is amplified by the fact that they've been accepted to two different colleges - University of Virginia for Peter where he gets a lacrosse scholarship, while she gets wait-listed and eventually accepted at University of North Carolina. As they head on to a brand new chapter in their lives in To All The Boys 3, the couple must re-asses their relationship whether their relationship is worth fighting for or it's best to break things off and focus on their respective selves.
