The cast of Titans continues to grow with the latest addition providing Robin with a non-superhero ally. After so much time stuck in development hell, it's been encouraging to watch how quickly Titans is coming together now that it's set to premiere on DC's new streaming service next year. And while not much is known about the plot of the series, the show's cast is quickly coming together.

Already, we've seen Brenton Thwaites nab the role of Robin/Dick Grayson in Titans. A detective by day and superhero by night, he'll be trying to strike out on his own in the new series. Joining him will be Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, and Alan Ritchson and Minka Kelly as Hawk and Dove. Now, with most of the core team intact, the supporting cast is beginning to take shape.

TV Line is reporting that Lindsey Gort has been cast as Detective Amy Rohrbach on Titans. In the comics, Rohrbach is one of the only honest cops in Bludhaven, the town Grayson moves to after striking out on his own. Mirroring the most recent Titans comic book stories, the two will work alongside one another on the force even as Grayson fights crime in his off time, on the Titans TV series.

Gort is best known for her work on Baby Daddy and as the young Samantha on the Sex & the City prequel The Carrie Diaries. While we don't know a ton about her role on the show, we did get a hint regarding the character with a casting breakdown not long ago.

Though Titans has moved on to supporting characters, there's still one lead they haven't locked down. We recently got a look at some audition tapes for actors trying out for the role of Beast Boy. While they ran the gamut in terms of age and experience, there's been no word so far as to who will play the final member of the show's eponymous team.

We learned a while back the Titans is already in production, but it's not yet clear how long ago some of these casting decisions were made. It's also possible that certain characters won't appear on the series until after the core concept of the show has been introduced. Either way, it shouldn't be long we learn even more about Titans, including who will be playing Beast Boy on the series.
