The White Lotus season two has premiered and fans are speculating who could be dead at the end of the series' one-week adventure in Sicily. The second season used the same formula the prior did by teasing a death in the first few moments of the show, then traveling back a week to see how the events played out. This time, however, it appears there was not just one body found, but multiple.
The White Lotus burst onto the scene as one of the best miniseries in recent memory last year, and this season's mystery is shaping up to continue its good fortune. So far after one episode, the only characters that are known to not be the body found in the ocean are Daphne Sullivan and the hotel manager, Valentine; all other major characters are fair game.
Cameron Sullivan
Cameron Sullivan is played by Theo James. Cameron is a very rich and successful businessman, and he has already shown certain traits of being manipulative and cocky.
Cameron is most likely the number one suspect to be dead at the end of this season. What really turn people off of him was his weird encounter with Harper in their hotel room. Plus, he tried making a clever comment about sleeping with other people's wives, which can allude to something that could happen later. Fans could definitely sense he may try to make a move on Harper, which could result in his death.
Ethan Spiller
Ethan Spiller is played by Will Sharpe. Ethan was college roommates with Cameron and is more low-key and reserved than his old university friend. He and his wife were invited by Cameron to Sicily.
Ethan gives off the impression that he is pretty docile and that he could not hurt a fly. He seems to defend Cameron multiple times, including when he got dressed in front of Harper. However, if something does happen between his wife and Cameron, he might blow a fuse that could turn deadly for him or someone else.
Harper Spiller
Harper Spiller is played by Aubrey Plaza. Harper is married to Ethan and is immediately skeptical of Cameron, his wife, and their lack of interest in anything, like current events.
Harper immediately seems more like she might be the one committing the murder rather than being a victim of one. Plaza gives Harper a coldness that gives the impression the whole season could end with everyone dead and Harper would be standing on their corpses. However, based on what fans know from the premier and the lack of characters so far, she has to be a possibility to be one of the bodies that wash up on the beach.
Dominic Di Grasso
Michael Imperioli has had many iconic roles over the years and decided to grace the screen once again as Dominic Di Grasso. Dominic is a divorced father who brings his son and father to Italy.
Dominic is a prime suspect to be dead when the season is over. The episode leaves the viewer with Dominic in his hotel room, kissing the Italian escort Lucia. If Dominic gets too invested in that kind of business, he could find himself in some serious trouble. Possibly, his son Albie, who hates how his father treats women, could take care of Dominic himself. This is an interesting character with a story that has a lot of different avenues it can take.
Albie Di Grasso
Albie Di Grasso is played by Adam DiMarco, who can be recognized from the Disney Chanel original movie Radio Rebel. Albie is the son of Dominic and seems very disgruntled with his family.
There is nothing so far that seriously puts Albie's life at risk. His biggest investment so far in episode 1 was his new friendship with Portia. Perhaps if Tanya finds out Portia is spending time with Albie and not in her room, she will try to get rid of Albie. This is a stretch, for sure, but it is not out of the realm of possibilities.
Mia
Mia is played by Italian actress Beatrice Grannò. Mia is the friend of Lucia, who is an escort trying to sneak her way into the hotel.
One way that episode 1 alluded to Mia's downfall was when she talked with Lucia about the possibility of becoming an escort. Mia could attempt to be intimate with someone for money, and it may go wrong and result in her death. She had the opportunity to try in the first episode but declined the offer from the piano man. Perhaps it could happen with Dominic, and he kills her.
Bert Di Grasso
Bert Di Grasso is played by legendary character actor F. Murray Abraham. Bert is an older gentleman who tries a bit too hard to flirt with girls, especially girls a lot younger than him.
The most plausible explanation for Bert's death would not be foul play but instead simply his older age. The first episode already saw him fall and almost hurt himself, so it would not be that big of a shock if he is dead by the end of the season. Or, since Dominic seems like he has had it with his father, it is also not that far of a reach that he is the one who kills Bert.
Portia
Portia is played Haley Lu Richardson. Portia is the assistant of Tanya and is told to stay in her room the entire time of their trip since Greg does not want her there.
Portia really only has one enemy on the trip: Greg. If Greg finds out she is still there, some dangerous things may happen. The audience has already seen he is not 100% mentally sound, so he may do some unthinkable things if he finds her still there. If she stays out of Greg's way, Portia will be fine, hopefully. The season 2 premiere of White Lotus already has Twitter ablaze with hype, in large part to fans instantly gaining interest in characters like Portia.
Greg Hut
Jon Gries has returned from season 1 to reprise his role as Greg Hut. Greg is Tanya's husband who she meets in season 1 of The White Lotus.
In season 1, Greg showed some strange tendencies but seemed like an alright guy. In season 2, his weird behavior continues. He gaslit Tanya into thinking she had five macaroons and was caught having a secret phone call. Tanya could find some things out about Greg that she does not want to know and end their marriage by dumping his body in the ocean.
Lucia
Lucia is played by Italian actress Simona Tabasco. Lucia is the escort who has been talking to someone from America and wants to meet them in The White Lotus.
Lucia's job is the primary reason she could be in trouble this season. It is dangerous work to be an escort, so she could end up with the wrong person. Also, she could threaten Dominic and blackmail him since they, presumably, slept together. This could prove deadly for her as Dominic has appeared to be a loose cannon.
