It is no easy feat to get all four coaches to turn their red chairs around, but a select few contestants on The Voice season 20 managed to do just that. More often than not, reality competitions are all about making a great and lasting first impression. For one, this helps a contestant stand out from their competitors from the very start. Secondly, this allows the public to get on your good graces right away. There is no guarantee that getting a four-chair turn means that you can win the show, but the singers who achieve this almost always get very far on the season.

Kenzie Wheeler

The first four-chair turn on The Voice season 20 was from Kenzie Wheeler, a 22-year-old aspiring singer from Dover, Florida. Kenzie's Blind Auditions performance to Keith Whitley's "Don't Close Your Eyes" got Kelly Clarkson, Nick Jonas, John Legend, and Blake Shelton to turn around their chairs. Kelly used a "block" to avoid Blake getting chosen as a coach, and Kenzie ultimately chose to join Team Kelly in the end.

Zae Romeo

Zae Romeo will be competing under Team Nick Jonas on The Voice, but he was first able to get all four coaches to turn around for his Blind Audition. Zae sang to Harry Style's "Falling" during his audition, which ended the second episode of the season. He managed to be one of only four singers to get a four-chair turn during season 20, which immediately puts him as one of the contenders to win the whole thing. Considering that newbie Nick Jonas would really like to win The Voice for the first time, he might bet all of his chips on Zae.

Avery Roberson

Avery Roberson was one of the standout contestants from week 2 of Blind Auditions on The Voice season 20. His quiet but powerful singing of Tim McGraw's "If You're Reading This" managed to get Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Blake Shelton, and Nick Jonas to turn their red chairs around. Nonetheless, Avery still chose to go with Team Blake, despite the fact that this is usually the most competitive team on the show.

Anna Grace

The last four-chair turn of the season was for Anna Grace, a 20-year-old singer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin who performed Billie Eilish's "My Future". While it is true that all four coaches on The Voice wanted to mentor Anna, she ultimately chose to join Team Kelly Clarkson, which is probably the best fit for her given that Kelly is a very successful female popstar.
