The singers chosen to join John Legend's team on The Voice season 21 are some of the most talented contestants in the entire competition. John has lots of fun on The Voice ever since joining the show for the first time in season 16. During his first run on the show, John managed to coach Maelyn Jarmon to win The Voice season 16. Since then, several fantastic singers have been a part of Team Legend, but he has yet to secure his second win.

John is one of the most accomplished and well-respected musicians in the world, having sold over 10 million albums over the course of his career. He's also a critically-acclaimed artist who became the first Black person to win an "EGOT" (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony). Over his many years as an active musician, actor, and producer, John has won many awards that include an Emmy Award (Outstanding Variety Special for NBC's Jesus Christ Superstar Live), 11 Grammy Awards, an Oscar award (Best Original Song for "Glory"), and a Tony Award (Best Revival of a Play for Jitney).

John is also a beloved coach on The Voice due to his charming personality, witty remarks, and full commitment to his team. This year, Team Legend is once again shaping up to be a very competitive group of contestants. Moreover, John is hungry for his second win as a coach.

Jonathan Mouton

Jonathan Mouton sang "Leave The Door Open" by Silk Sonic, which is a new R&B classic. He got John and Ariana Grande to turn for him, but Jonathan joined Team Legend.

Jack Rogan

During his Blind Audition on The Voice season 21, Jack Rogan performed the folk song "The House Of The Rising Sun". Both Kelly and John turned around for Jack, who then chose John as his coach.

Samuel Harness

With the exception of Kelly, every single coach turned their red chairs around for Samuel Harness' rendition of "Here Without You" by 3 Doors Down. In the end, however, Samuel decided to join Team Legend.

Joshua Vacanti

Joshua Vacanti blew everyone away with his performance of "Into The Unknown" from the Frozen II soundtrack. John and Ariana turned for Joshua, but John used a "block" on Ari, which meant that the singer defaulted to Team Legend.

Paris Winningham

Paris Winningham sang Stevie Wonder's "Superstition" and made an incredible first impression on John and Ariana. Ultimately, Paris felt that John could potentially be a better coach for him.

Keilah Grace

Samara Brown

Samara Brown performed Rufus' "Sweet Thing" and it really resonated with John and Ariana. She was very flattered by these two coaches, but Samara picked John as a coach.

Janora Brown

Wingate, NC resident Janora Brown was another standout during the Blind Auditions. Janora sang the Eternals' "Angel Of Mine" and prompted John and Kelly to turn for her.

KJ Jennings

In the past, certain young contestants have managed to win The Voice. 21-year-old KJ Jennings had a solid start with her performance of "Put Your Records On" by Corinne Bailey Rae. She's now included on Team Legend.

Sabrina Dias

Also a part of Team Legend is Sabrina Dias, who performed the Brazilian bossa nova hit "The Girl From Ipanema". John was the only coach who turned for Sabrina, so she defaulted to his team.

Brittany Bree

Brittany Bree's performance of "Call Out My Name" by The Weeknd got all four coaches to turn their chairs for her. She could've picked any coach to go with, but Brittany chose to join Team Legend.

Shadale

Shadale was the very last addition to Team Legend on The Voice season 21. She sang Bruno Mars' "That's What I Like", which impressed John quite a bit.
