Fans of Jenny Han's popular young adult novels were thrilled with the Netflix adaptation of To All The Boys I've Loved Before, and season 1 of Han's trilogy The Summer I Turned Pretty is now available to stream on Amazon Prime. Han has just signed a deal with Amazon studios, according to Deadline, which is great news as fans will get to see more of her stories on the small screen. The story of Belly, her love triangle with Conrad and Jeremiah, and her love of the beach town Cousins is highly anticipated.
While Jackie, who plays Belly's mom Laurel and Rachel Blanchard, who portrays Conrad and Jeremiah's mom Susannah Beck, don't have Instagram, fans can follow the rest of the cast of The Summer I Turned Pretty on Instagram.

The Summer I Turned Pretty is a sad teen romance adaptation based on a book, and the TV show does a great job moving on from the source material and adding a few things, like Belly's debutante ball, while still staying true to the heart and soul of the story.
While there is one heartbreaking storyline throughout the books and TV show, Jeremiah's character remains sweet, friendly, fun, and entertaining throughout both. Belly appreciates how kind Jeremiah always is.

Young adult novels and adaptations often have a brooding character who feels things intensely and doesn't often talk about his feelings and experiences and Conrad is that person here. It's hard not to become invested in him immediately and wonder what he's thinking.
