As with many movies and television shows that are watched during childhood, The Suite Life Of Zack And Cody managed to squeeze in quite a few guest star appearances and cast many famous actors in minor roles throughout its 3 season run. These actors might not have been famous at first and were probably skimmed over as just a familiar face on first viewing, but on second glance most aren't hard to spot and audience members will ask themselves how they failed to recognize the stars that are now so prominent in the film and television industry.

Although Chris Brown and Jesse McCartney appeared as themselves, and Miley Cyrus and Raven Symone appeared in Disney episode crossovers, they won't be included in this list.

Joey King

Joey King is mostly known in recent years for her roles in Netflix's The Kissing Booth and intense Hulu drama The ActBut before she was recognized in those roles, she played daycare child Emily who wants her doll, makes Cody act like a horse, and draws on the lobby walls in season 2 episode "Daycare." She also appeared as Emily while listening to London's book reading during "Books and Birdhouses." Moises Arias, who plays Rico in Hannah Montanna is also a child Maddie has to look after in the Tipton Hotel Daycare.

Jaden Smith

Viewers might be surprised to find that The Karate Kid wasn't Jaden Smith's first role as a student of the martial arts. Smith appears as Travis, a kid whose father works on a cruise ship. He offers to teach Cody karate to impress his date after having learned it at the Tokugawa Academy in Japan. Travis also offers to help Zack with his cooking for his date as he learned to be a gourmet Chef after his father docked in Monte Carlo. And even though he has all these experiences he says that maybe they can all go bowling after because he's never gone before. Zack and Cody change their minds about bowling and Travis leaves with their dates.

Zac Efron

The multi-talented genre versatile actor came to fame with his lead role in Disney's High School Musical and its two sequels. It was during this time that Zac made an appearance beside his High School Musical co-star Ashley Tisdale in The Suite Life Of Zack And Cody as merit scholar Trevor.

When London and Maddie spot Trevor in the Entomology Convention at the hotel, London starts a conversation with him and the two go on a date despite Maddie's disbelief. London pays Maddie to help her pass as a merit scholar, which leads to Maddie giving London a microphone chip to wear in her ear so she can carry the conversation. But Maddie reveals her identity when she disagrees with Trevor's views on the environment and the two kiss, giving Sharpay and Troy shippers what they always wanted.

Emma Stone

Emma Stone's acting appearance is unknown to many as she provided the voice of London Tipton's fancy purebred Pomeranian, Ivana Tipton. Although Ivana is seen in many episodes, there is only one occasion where the audience hears her speak. And even though her casting is mentioned in the ending credits, many find it hard to believe. In season 1 episode "Crushed," Ivana is introduced to Maddie's dog Scamp and a dog perspective is brought into play as a romance ensues. Emma went on to star in movies such as La La Land, Easy A, and The Help.

Justin Baldoni

Jane The Virgin star and Five Feet Apart director Justin Baldoni graced viewer's screens as London and Maddie's fencing instructor, Diego, in Suite Life Of Zack and Cody. Maddie and London swoon over Diego and they both promise not to date him, but the agreement doesn't last long after Maddie makes a date for 7.00 pm and London makes a date just after her and Diego suggest 10.00 pm.

Neither of them knows about the other's date besides Diego, who already has a girlfriend but only reveals it when the girls ask him to choose between them.

Alyson Stoner

Before Alyson Stoner was prominently known for her dancing abilities she appeared as Isabella in Phineas and Ferb, Sarah Baker in Cheaper By The Dozen and Max in The Suite Life Of Zack And Cody. Max is a recurring character in the show and appears in the first episode of the series. She is an athlete who loves to play basketball and once had a short-lived crush on Zack. Think of it as coincidence or simply brilliant casting but she is also a great dancer in the episode "Footloser," when she is looking for a dance partner for a competition, and in the episode "Club Twin."

Kelsey Chow

One Tree Hill and Teen Wolf actress Kelsey Chow appeared in the same episode of The Suite Life Of Zack And Cody as Jaden Smith. Jaden Smith's character Travis is helping Zack prepare a gourmet meal for Zack and his date, Dakota, played by Kelsey.

Dakota gives Zack a second chance for going to so much trouble and trying to impress her, even though he didn't make dinner himself. But the second chance doesn't go as planned when Zack and Cody blow off their plans with Travis, and Dakota leaves the building with Travis instead of Zack.

Selena Gomez

Actress and singer Selena Gomez, mostly known for her role on Disney Channel as Alex in Wizards Of Waverley Placeappeared in the episode "A Midsummer's Nightmare" as Gwen. When Zack and Cody audition for a play, Cody's girlfriend Gwen gets the role of Hermia while Zack gets the role of Hermia's love interest Lysander. After Gwen starts to like Zack, Zack's crush starts to like Cody and Agnes dislikes anyone who likes the twins, things start to get complicated. They bring their troubles on stage with them and things get personal. The episode concludes with the boys ending up alone and moping, while it is revealed that Agnes likes them even more than she did before.

Estelle Harris

Estelle Harris has a recurring role in The Suite Life Of Zack And Cody as Muriel but is best known for her roles in Seinfeld and the Toy Story movies, as well as numerous others. Muriel is an employee of the Tipton Hotel who worked there for over 40 years and had a complicated and romantic past within its walls. Her final appearance in the series is an act of heroism, tempted by the boys' promise of money when she acts as a sacrifice to be fired instead of another employee. However, she was retired without the knowledge of the person firing her. A win-win situation for all, except Mr.Moseby who found himself asking for change and losing 80 dollars more than he bargained for.

Vanessa Hudgens

Another star of High School Musical at the time, Vanessa Hudgens also had a small recurring role on the show as Corrie, Maddie's friend and a huge fan of London, much to London's annoyance. She is first introduced in the episode "Forever Plaid" and is excited at the fact that she scares London Tipton. She also blabs by saying London Tipton is undercover when London and Maddie dress as Nuns to escape notice. In the episode "Not So Suite 16," Corrie chooses London's birthday party over Maddie's. Actress Monique Coleman also from High School Musical has a role in the series as Mary Margaret, a friend of Corrie and Maddie.
