On The Office, there are a variety of obnoxious characters that make the show so entertaining to watch. Characters with big, eccentric personalities like Michael Scott and Dwight Schrute definitely make the show memorable, but some of these characters are more likable than others. Andy Bernard is an extremely loud character who likes to act like he knows what’s going on all the time. He’s often breaking into song and seems to pride himself on being aware of pop culture as well as a great actor and singer. However, he often can’t even sing the words to songs right. One of the most hilarious but obnoxious moments is when he tries to sing the jingle to the popular Kit Kat commercials, but he can't remember what product the song is about.
9. “YOU GIVE ME A GIFT? BAM! THANK YOU NOTE...DO NOT TEST MY POLITENESS.”
One of the most obnoxious things about Andy is that he’s a big kiss-up. He will try to change things about his personality to get his bosses to like him, and he is known as a yes man. This quote is in reference to a weird contest he has with Dwight where he tries to be the most police. This just goes to show how annoying Andy can be as he’s rarely doing anything nice because he’s sincere, it’s usually with some ulterior motive in mind.

When audiences first meet Andy, he’s a salesman at the Stamford branch, but he transfers over when the Stamford branch is shut down. His one goal when he first arrives is to get Micahel to like him and to get to be the number two in the office.
This means that he spends most of his time trying to kiss butt and convince Michael to fire Dwight. This definitely doesn’t make him many friends in the branch as Dwight is clearly a better employee.
7. “HEY TUNA.”
Another personality trait about Andy from The Office that’s super obnoxious is how he thinks that he’s a lot funnier than he is. He gives Jim the nickname of Tuna because that’s what Jim eats his first day at Stamford. He thinks this nickname is way funnier than it is. This is another thing that makes him more annoying than Michael Scott. Unlike Micahel, he rarely makes friends with anyone but acts overly familiar.
6. “SORRY I ANNOYED YOU WITH MY FRIENDSHIP.”
This is a line that Andy says to Michael after Michael gets tired of Andy trying to kiss up to him. This is another obnoxious moment because it shows that Andy isn’t very good at understanding when he’s going too far or being obnoxious.
