Gabe Lewis came to The Office in the sixth season after Sabre merged with Dunder Mifflin. And whether or not fans are pro- or anti-Gabe, he sure did bring a lot of laughs to the series as a supporting character.

The thing about Gabe is that he's Jo's (the former CEO of Sabre) right-hand man when they get to Scranton. He has to be serious and maintain his professionalism but at the same time, he wants to find love and have people like and respect him. His need to be liked is what typically gets him in trouble, thus creating memorable moments in The Office. Let's take a look back at 10 of Gabe's best moments in the series.

When He Hosted A Glee Viewing Party

"Viewing Party" was a shining moment for Gabe. He was finally dating Erin and was able to have everyone over his house to host a Glee viewing party. He was so proud to show off his condo and present his hosting abilities. He even had had a DIY pizza station.

Sadly for Gabe, the night didn't go as expected. Michael messed around with the cables so no one could watch the episode, Erin was upset that Michael was upset, and Andy drank sea monkeys, which made him get sick and puke all over Gabe's bed. However, seeing Gabe's fascination with Asia and his "soundscapes" was an iconic moment.

His Obsession With Erin

Gabe and Erin from The Office

Gabe doesn't mean to be creepy — but his obsession with love makes him creepy. He had a crush on Erin and took his shot when she broke up with Andy. Erin is a sweet woman deserving of love and was with Gabe for far longer than she should have been (considering she wasn't attracted to him).

After she broke up with Gabe at the Dundies, he tried winning her back but her heart. He even followed her into the bathroom to try and get her attention, saying that they were one day going to tell their grandchildren about this moment. Sadly, his love for Erin turned him a tad evil when he starts taking his pain out on Andy.

His Love For Girl Talk

In one episode, Gabe saw Angela and Pam chatting in the break room when he knocked on the window and said "Did someone say girl talk?!," both Pam and Angela seemed weirded out by Gabe's eagerness. "I am great at girl talk," he said

Seeing as Gabe loathes some of the men in the office and has a sensitive side, it's no surprise that he enjoyed chatting about similar dramas with some of the women in the office.

The First Time He Met Dunder Mifflin

This Gabe moment is subtle but great. On this first day at Dunder Mifflin Scranton, Gabe is welcomed by the office clapping in his honor. To welcome him to Scranton, Erin and Andy wrote a song for him and Sabre. The only problem is that they thought Sabre was pronounced Sab-ray.

Their song and rhymes didn't end up working, which was embarrassing because Gabe quickly took out his phone to record the performance for social media. But after he realized the office had no idea how to pronounce the name of the company correctly, he sheepishly hid his phone in his pocket.

When He Played His Music For Andy Mid-Puke

Also in "Viewing Party," Gabe told Jim and Pam that he studied abroad in Japan when he was in college and it was there that he fell in love with Asian culture, especially the music. When Jim and Pam asked if he created his own music, he said he writes "soundscapes."

Later, Andy was upset at Gabe and Erin's seemingly beautiful life, and dumped Gabe's seahorses into his wine. He ended up becoming violently ill and pukes in Gabe's room before heading to the bathroom. At the end of the episode, Gabe is seen stroking his back before grabbing his equipment and playing "Earthrise on the Moon" while Andy puked in the toilet.

His Missed Opportunity At Andy's Garden Party

After Robert California becomes the new CEO over Jo, Gabe has a new person to suck up to. He and Jo had such a close relationship that took years to develop — sucking up to someone as bold as Robert California was going to be hard for Gabe. But at Andy's garden party, Gabe saw this as a perfect time to show his appreciation publicly to Robert but it never panned out. "I cannot believe I didn't think of toasting Robert. Get in the game, Gabriel. Why are you talking to Stanley's mistress?!" he said.

When He Dressed Up As Lady Gaga

In the episode "Costume Contest," it's Halloween once again at Dunder Mifflin and everyone is dressed up in costume. Gabe dressed as Lady Gaga in case you couldn't tell from his "Poker Face" — and ended up getting verbally assaulted from Todd Packer. But he also got to show off his Lady Gaga dance moves, which may be peak Gabe.

He's Terrified Of Jo

Gabe may try to act like he's in charge when Jo isn't around (pre-Robert California) but we all know she runs the show. He's mentioned before that he doesn't have any downtime because he works crazy hours for Jo but he seems to lack empathy when his colleagues have similar issues.

After upsetting Jim, Jim decided to prank Gabe by pretending to be Jo on the phone. He ended up making Gabe listen to Jo's boring autobiography all the while thinking it was actually her on the phone.

His Real Name

In the eighth season, a few members of the Scranton branch were in Tallahassee, Florida for the launch of a new Sabre product. Both Dwight and Todd Packer were on the hunt to become Nellie's newest VP so they both tried way too hard to seduce her. Dwight ran to Gabe for backup on this secret mission and yelled "Freak, I need a favor." Gabe was not impressed by Dwight's plea and says "Well, then you have to call me by my name. Gabriel Susan Lewis." There is no better middle name in the world for Gabe than Susan.

His Bootcut Jeans

In the same episode as above, Gabe got his revenge on Todd Packer after being constantly insulted by him. Gabe spiked Todd's drink with an asthma inhaler, which ultimately got the best of him. Todd threw up all over Gabe's lap, forcing him to stand up and say the incredible line "They don't make these chords in bootcut anymore." The camera then zooms down to show Gabe in broad, bell-bottom jeans as he waddles away.
