Massive Image Gallery & 5 TV Spots For 'The Losers'

We only have two more weeks before the comic book-turned-film, The Losers, hits hard into theaters. It was written by Peter Berg (Battleship) and James Vanderbilt (Spider-Man reboot) and based on the Vertigo/DC Comics graphic novel by Andy Diggle. Stomp the Yard director Peter Sylvain takes his shot at directing an action film, and if the trailer is any indication, then he may have found his niche.

Today we have 34 new pictures from The Losers, including some cool new individual posters of each character. After the images be sure to check out page 2 and watch the 5 new TV spots for the film as well.

The Losers stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Watchmen), Chris Evans (Captain America), Zoe Saldana (Avatar), Idris Elba (Thor), Columbus Short, Oscar Jaenada, Jason Patric and Holt McCallany. In case you aren't familiar with the story of the film here it is:

A tale of double cross and revenge, centered upon the members of an elite U.S. Special Forces unit sent into the Bolivian jungle on a search and destroy mission. The team-Clay, Jensen, Roque, Pooch and Cougar -find themselves the target of a lethal betrayal instigated from inside by a powerful enemy known only as Max. Presumed dead, the group makes plans to even the score when they're joined by the mysterious Aisha, a beautiful operative with her own agenda. Working together, they must remain deep undercover while tracking the heavily-guarded Max, a ruthless man bent on embroiling the world in a new high-tech global war.

Everything looks great so far, and I can't wait to see more of Zoe Saldana in a tub firing a rocket launcher. Early buzz on The Losers is that it's actually an enjoyable flick - do you plan on seeing it in theaters?
