Romantic relationships, fight scenes, surprising twists, familiar faces, the bending of elements… All of this and more was featured in this TV show, along with some pretty cool outfits! Due to the style of the animation and the abilities the characters possessed, there were always some stylish ensembles to see. And the 10 best-dressed people from the story are listed below.

Korra

The Legend Of Korra

Of course, the star of it all, Korra, makes the list. She was part of the Southern Water Tribe, meaning she was usually found in blue garments. She was also a fierce warrior, so her clothes were comfy yet functional.

She wore her hair in a neat way, too, with a high ponytail in the back and two smaller sections secured in the front, making this as memorable as Katara's hairstyle, with its pieces in the front!

Mako & Bolin

Mako & Bolin

Mako and Bolin were main characters who were brothers and part of Team Avatar, and they were seen in a couple of outfits over the years. Many times, though, they were shown in these matching looks with the sleeves rolled up, off-centered buttons and high collars.

Bolin's had green detailing, since he was an earthbender, while Mako's referenced his firebending with red accents such as his scarf.

Asami Sato

Asami Sato

The fourth major character on the show was Asami Sato. She was not a bender, but she knew self-defense and was a bright engineer. She dressed in a fabulous way, too.

As one can see, she opted for layers, dark and dramatic colors, and lots of luxurious and intriguing embellishments. Plus, there was never a hair out of place when it came to this stunning woman.

Jinora

Jinora in Legend of Korra

Tenzin’s oldest daughter (and one of Katara and Aang’s grandchildren), Jinora, is next on the list. As an airbending master, she wore flowing red and yellow garments like her family members. And as time progressed, the airbenders upgraded to suits with wings!

This character was young, but she was also intelligent, hardworking, brave, and talented, and seeing her flying around and saving the day was so inspiring.

Kya

Kya from Legend of Korra

Fans learned that Aang had a daughter named Kya, his only child that took after Katara, as a waterbender. She was another attractive and strong addition to the story, and her outfits were always very cool to see.

As mentioned, those from water tribes traditionally wear blue clothing items with maybe some white fur trim. From cutouts and arm accessories to coats and a choker, Kya was super stylish.

Hou-Ting

Hou-Ting

Even the bad guys get some things right, sometimes... Earth Queen Hou-Ting ruled over the Earth Kingdom, and while she was not very nice, she did dress in an impressive way; her green and golden ensemble was fancy, and the accessory atop her head added a whimsical and powerful touch.

There were also lots of pieces of gold jewelry, such as these long talon-like rings on her fingertips!

Lin Beifong

Lin's Legacy

As the Chief of Police in Republic City, Lin Beifong wore a look that could withstand just about anything. And as one of Toph Beifong’s daughters, she could earthbend and metalbend. She was good at her job, and she was put in dangerous situation after dangerous situation, making a look like this one a necessity.

The armor-like outfit she regularly wore was black with gold accents, and it matched her tough personality well.

Suyin Beifong

Her sister and Toph’s other daughter was Suyin Beifong of Zaofu. As another metalbender, her go-to garment was green and silver embellishments. It also had an art deco style, just like her home, which made it even more beautiful and interesting.

Oh, and the sparkling jewelry... That is just like a cherry on top of this awesome look!

P'Li

P'Li from legend of korra

Another antagonist belongs on the list: the combustionbender P'Li, who was part of the Red Lotus.

There was a red bodice that gave off superhero (or, well, supervillain) vibes. There was a piece underneath that went up around her neck. There were shoulder attachments for some more protection. And there were long sleeves that served as armor and just looked really cool.

Varrick

Avatar Villains Varrick

Last but not least, Iknik Blackstone Varrick certainly dressed to impress. He was sort of a conman, but he did come up with some incredible plans. And his outfits were as flashy and as over the top as his schemes were and his personality was, earning him a spot on this list!

A fur coat, bright colors, a cape, lots of accessories, his iconic mustache... There was a lot to take in and a lot to like when it came to this eccentric character.
