Though The Kardashians fans initially fell in love with Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker when they first got together, after a recent episode, viewers are beginning to spot red flags in their relationship. Fans immediately named the couple Kravis and made a hobby out of scrolling through their many social media posts of them kissing and cuddling on top of each other. It wasn't too astonishing when the pair got engaged in October. Instead, it seemed pretty inevitable with how much Kourtney and Travis seemed to love each other. A recent episode of the family's new Hulu series showcased the special day, including the Kar-Jenner's journey to the proposal location and how Kourtney's kids and ex-boyfriend Scott Disick took the news.
In the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney and Travis couldn't keep their hands off of each other during Kris Jenner's birthday dinner, despite Scott being one room away. The momager even admitted on The Ellen Degeneres Show, whose famous host appeared in the episode with her wife Portia de Rossi, that Kourtney and Travis make her want to hide in a closet because of their extensive PDA. During the episode, Kris told her oldest daughter that Travis revealed that the reason he moved to Calabasas was that Kourtney lived there, and even though they weren't dating at the time, he was in love with her and wanted to be close to her. Kourtney found the confession sweet and thought it was more evidence that they were destined to be together.
Unfortunately, fans of The Kardashians didn't find the confession so cute and instead thought it was a major red flag. Reddit user durpdeedoda shared the episode clip, writing, "Excuse me… he did what now??" Many other Kar-Jenner fans found the confession creepy as well and felt it was proof that Kourtney is missing some major red flags in her relationship with Travis. "I don't think she sees his red flags at all especially since everyone around her is agreeing that he's amazing etc," user Visual-Sir-3508 responded, while others pointed out that Kourtney seems to be ignoring a lot of warning signs.
According to The Kardashians fans, Kourtney looked slightly creeped out in the scene, as if she knows some of Travis' behavior is concerning, but she ignores it because she likes how much love and affection she gets from her fiance. Commenter award07 responded to the video, "What season of YOU is this??" referencing the popular Netflix series starring Penn Badgley as Joe Goldberg, a serial killer who becomes infatuated with women, manipulates them into falling in love with him, and eventually murders them along with most of their friends. However, a few fans questioned if this was actually true or if it was just something Travis said as a joke or to sound cute.
While several fans are very concerned, Kourtney and Travis don't seem to care. The two continue to make appearances together, whether at award shows or the recent 2022 Met Gala. They also haven't slowed down with their romantic Instagram photos. It's nice that Kourtney's fans care so much about her well-being, but it's also very possible that The Kardashians star and Travis are doing just fine.
