In March 2019, the reality star launched the social media campaign for her website and shocked the fans by lying nude in foamy water. Kourtney captioned the picture, "Love yourself as deeply as you love them." However, her Instagram followers had a hard time taking her seriously due to the oddities in the photo. Fans quickly noticed that Kourtney's face looked completely photoshopped, and her hands and legs were completely out of proportion. One social media user wrote, "Bad photo shop. You are missing a thigh. Fire your photographer." Another one made fun of Kourtney's caption by commenting, "Start with loving your legs - without retouching."

The saga of Kourtney's hilariously bad pictures actually started in 2015. She shared this blurry photo of herself wearing a red outfit and golden jewelry. The photo shows her body poorly placed in front of a Disney-like castle, as she poses like a queen. The crown Kourtney is wearing also looks edited onto her head. Obviously, The Kardashians fans were not impressed with the picture. One of the fans sarcastically wrote, "That's right they want you to be there [sic] Pocahontas in their movie."

Here is another Instagram photo from the time Kourtney visited Bali, Indonesia. The picture shows her spreading her legs as she stands on rocks. The whole setup of Kourtney's pose appears very awkward, leaving many fans confused about the snap. A fan wrote, "Weird flex, but ok." Someone else even tagged Kim and asked, "@kimkardashian why didn't you stop your sister from wearing these."
