Tristan Thompson has shown how fast he's rebounding from Khloé Kardashian despite news of his second child with The Kardashians star. It was recently revealed that Khloé and Tristan are expecting their second child together. News of the successful surrogacy pregnancy comes amid the former couple's breakup due to Tristan's paternity scandal. With Khloé and Tristan being separated for a few months, the NBA player appears to be embracing his single status and freedom from being tied down.
Tristan kicked off 2022 owning up to fathering a child with a third woman. The confession confirmed what many fans expected: Tristan had cheated on Khloé once again. At the time of conception, Khloé and Tristan were reconciled from his kissing scandal with Kylie Jenner's former BFF Jordyn Woods. Only a few months into their rekindled romance, and on the same day Khloé confirmed the reunion through a heartfelt birthday tribute, Tristan went and slept with Maralee Nichols. The Texas-based personal trainer claimed she and Tristan engaged in a fling for months. But he claimed it was just the night and morning after his 30th birthday.
Khloé might've wanted Tristan to spare her all of the details this time around as it appears to have been the final straw for the Good American co-founder. Sources for Khloé remain adamant that she has not given in and taken Tristan back. They're strictly co-parents at this point as they welcome their first child together via surrogacy. Amid their breakup, Tristan has shown a number of signs he isn't wallowing in his feelings over the breakup. Tristan made a guest appearance in Drake's "Falling Back" music video that ironically sees the rapper marry 23 different women. In the visuals, Tristan plays Drake's friend who gives him a pep talk ahead of the nuptials. “You ready?” Tristan asks Drake in the music video. “If it doesn’t feel right, we scrap it, we go home, it’s done," he adds.
The comical scene subtly mocked Tristan's reputation as a bad boy with a long track record with women. Fans blasted Tristan's appearance in the visuals and accused him of making a mockery of all the heartbreak he's brought on Khloé. Since the music video's release, Tristan has been spotted out enjoying the party scene with mystery women. Most recently, the Indiana Pacers player was seen holding hands with a mystery woman in Mykonos, Greece. Onlookers filmed as Tristan walked hand-in-hand with the woman throughout the popular tourist town. The move seemingly confirmed Tristan's single status and breakup from Khloé.
After all of Tristan's recent activities, it's pretty clear the NBA champion isn't losing sleep over his breakup from Khloé or the fact that they're expecting a second child together. Tristan also just welcomed a son with Maralee in December and has another son expected any day now. Apparently, Tristan is enjoying his babymoon in Mykonos. The Kardashians fans are hopeful that Khloé can see how much better she is without Tristan. Despite the two children they have to raise together, Khloé and Tristan can co-exist as co-parents and not lovers.
