After The Circle season 4 came to a close in 2022, there were questions about the relationship status of Alyssa Ljubicich and Josh “Bru” Brubaker, and it's time to share an update on the reality alums. The two were in an alliance from the start. They also seemed to have chemistry when they met face to face.
Flirting is a staple in The Circle season 4, and there was plenty of it in that popular installment of the Netflix reality hit. Alyssa and Bru were no exception to this, as members of the alliance known as "The Throuple" with Yu Ling Wu. Though the banter between the three was mostly for fun, Alyssa and Bru continued playing off that connection when they met in person. Alyssa chose to visit Bru after she was Blocked. Then, they joked that they, “could still open-mouth kiss” at the end of the game. Bru even called Alyssa his, “Circle soulmate,” after realizing that their outfits were complementary.

As it turns out, he’s been in a relationship since 2021 with Anna Sitar, a content creator based in Los Angeles.

Bru’s social media followers may have noticed that Anna has frequently appeared in his posts over the last year, and deduced that his relationship status was false. However, for some, it was a surprise that Bru had a girlfriend, and it was a bit disappointing that he and Alyssa hadn't become romantically involved. It’s apparent that Bru and Alyssa are still great friends, though. The two regularly interact online, commenting on each other’s posts with positive messages.
Though a relationship between Bru and Alyssa is off the table, The Circle delivered another match for Alyssa in Catfish Momma Carol, aka John Franklin. Alyssa and John have shared their relationship on social media since mid-2022, and seem to be incredibly in love. Both regularly share sweet photos from their everyday lives. While Alyssa and Bru made a strong connection during their time on The Circle, a romantic relationship may not be in their future. Fortunately, they've built a lasting friendship.
