The Challenge: War of the Worlds 2 show fans a sneak peek of what to expect this season, but it brings up some serious concerns about Wes Bergmann's health. The preview leaves more questions than it does answers.

The true mainstay of the show, Bergmann has been the only contestant to compete on every single spinoff show of The Challenge. He is a genuine competitor with a need to win. He shares the record with Johnny "Bananas" Devenanzio for the record for most elimination rounds participated in by a male contestant. He also holds the record for most elimination wins by a male contestant as well as the record for most consecutive elimination wins by a male contestant. He's been one of the toughest competitors to ever compete on The Challenge and has won more than $300,000 in cash prizes.

On the 34th season of The Challenge, the show goes a different direction with 32 competitors venturing deep into the jungle to compete in some of the most extreme challenges so far on the series and all of their spin-offs, as the contestants compete for a grand prize of $1 million dollars. There are two teams - Team UK and Team USA - which are both consisting of 14 contestants per team. Of the 14 Americans that are competing for Team USA is Bergmann, Natalie "Ninja" Duran, Jordan Wiseley, and his fiancée Tori Deal. So far, Bergmann has powered through all of the challenges and has been a huge asset to Team USA. However, in the new sneak peek, it looks like Bergmann might be having a health issue as he's seen being taken care of doctors and may be forced to quit the game. See the full sneak peek video below.

In the video, people are seen caring for and fanning Bergmann as he lays on the ground. He says on the video describing his symptoms, "I am very sick. I am very nauseated. I can't keep my head up without throwing up." He's seen coughing while they're checking his vitals as the other competitors watch on. Dee from Team UK says, "That's my number one guy in this house. If he leaves, my game with be screwed. I do hope he is okay." However, not all of his fellow competitors were as gracious when it came to him being ill, his fellow Team USA teammate, Bananas, said, "I think Wes is just sick about how this game is going for him. I think he is horrified at the position he's found himself in - which is on the bottom - and he doesn't know how to deal with it." The end of the video shows an SUV driving away, making audiences feel like it's a strong possibility that Bergmann will be going home.

It seems like if Bergmann will be leaving the show due to health complications, it would not only ruin his chances at competing for a million dollars but also may ruin the chances for Dee. It seems like the tough competition and the living conditions in the jungle might have been too much for this competitor to take. It remains to be seen what will happen to Bergmann.
