Sarah Lacina, one of the winners of The Challenge: USA season 1, said there's "no animosity" with one of her rivals from the show, Tyson Apostol. The competition was intense, and Sarah and Tyson were at odds throughout most of the season. Still, Sarah said she's good with everyone from the cast, even if some of them may still harbor ill feelings toward her.

Sarah and fellow Survivor alum Danny McCray won The Challenge: USA after a final leg that stirred up plenty of controversy. Following Ben Driebergen's medical evacuation, Desi Williams was forced to leave the competition after her partner, Enzo Palumbo, quit during the swimming portion of the challenge. Then, Angela Rummans left the game because she didn't understand the rules of what constituted a quit. Finally, the finalists were asked to complete a pattern of a Soduku puzzle, a more difficult task for those who hadn't done Sudoku before. Fortunately for Danny and Sarah, they were able to fly through the puzzle on their way to the summit and the $500,000 prize.

Sarah, whose rivalry with Tyson extends to Survivor: Winners at War, shared with Screen Rant, “There’s no animosity there" between her and the four-time Survivor contestant. She acknowledged that she might feel better about her relationship toward competitors like Tyson and Big Brother alum Angela than they do about her because she won, but said, “Tyson and I shared a ton of laughs." She said, “I would work with Tyson. I would with Angela.” Danny interjected, "And me!" Sarah responded, "I would work with Danny!"

The Challenge USA

While Sarah and Danny were proud of their wins, as they should be, the finale showed that there are many changes that need to be made before the next finale of The Challenge. The rules were unclear to several contestants, leading to exits that occurred earlier than they otherwise might have.

Sarah and Tyson's rivalry this season was an interesting one to watch, especially since fans were privy to how things ended with them last time. Tyson was voted out not once, but twice from Winners at War, and Sarah made it nearly to the end. This season of The Challenge looked like Tyson's opportunity to exact revenge, as he put Sarah in elimination once and worked alongside Angela to dominate the physical and social portion of the game. Unfortunately, one final puzzle ended the hopes of the all-around athlete Tyson, and Sarah was able to pull it together for one final push to the finish line. It wouldn't be surprising to see both on a future season of The Challenge: USA together.
