Sylvia Elsrode is a classic competitor on The Challenge, and before she joins the cast of All Stars 3, fans are curious about what she's been up to since Final Reckoning. Sylvia started her MTV journey on The Real World: Skeletons before competing on The Challenge seasons Vendettas and Final Reckoning. While often thought of as an underdog, Sylvia won over fans with her authenticity and sense of humor.

Though Sylvia didn't go very far on Vendettas, she made it to the final of Final Reckoning with her partner Joss Mooney. The pair kept a low profile through much of the season but began pulling out ahead during the final. However, their frontrunner status led to them being the target of multiple "grenades" from fellow competitors that slowed their progress during the final. Sylvia and Joss were poised to win but just barely lost to Ashley Mitchell and Hunter Barfield. That was the last Challenge fans had seen of Sylvia until it was announced that she would be one of the cast members on the upcoming third season of All Stars.

Sylvia isn't the first cast member to step away from The Challenge, and the All Stars spin-off is bringing back many competitors like Sylvia who haven't been seen in several years. Since Final Reckoning Sylvia has kept busy with her many passions. She has been working hard as a real estate agent in Kansas City, supporting her coworkers, sharing tricks of the trade on TikTok, and Sylvia was also featured in an 2020 episode of House Hunters as a first time home buyer. When off work, she's been sure to make plenty of time for celebrating any occasion with the perfect outfit, cuddling her oversized rottweiler, and prioritizing family.

Sylvia also seems to prioritize self care and having a good time. The popular Challenge alum loves relaxing with trips to Florida and Nashville for spa days. But when she needs a little love closer to home, she heads to her local midwest Alpaca Farm. Recently Sylvia took to Instagram to celebrate being added to the cast of All Stars 3. Sylvia wrote in the post, "Let's see if I can get it done this time! There were several Challenge alum who cheered Sylvia on in the comments, and even more Challenge fans who expressed their surprise and joy to be seeing her compete again.

The All Stars spin-off brings a healthy dose of nostalgia for longtime fans of show, and Sylvia is a prime example. She may not have been the fiercest competitor, but she was entertaining and relatable, so many viewers agree that she deserves another shot. Though Sylvia's time on The Challenge may not have been fruitful in the past, she could see more success on All Stars 3.
