Chris "CT" Tamburello is finally ready to take a break from The Challenge after his latest back-to-back win on Spies, Lies, and Allies. Despite being the oldest player on the show, CT continues to show viewers that age is nothing but a number. CT had just won the last season of Double Agents before returning more physically fit and ready to compete again. After crossing the finish line with partner Kaycee Clark, CT was crowned the winner once again. Now after consecutive wins on the show, CT is ready to kick back and enjoy his earnings.

Uncle CT made it through Spies, Lies, and Allies without ever touching the elimination floor. No one was brave enough to go against CT in a face-to-face, so the Challenge goat made it to the finals unscathed. Following a series of hiking obstacles, water sports, and of course CT's favorite puzzles, CT took the lead alongside who ended up becoming his partner Kaycee. His win came one season after he crossed the finish line alongside his then-partner Amber Borzotra on Double Agents. In total, CT has won The Challenge five times and is the second most-decorated player on the show only after Johnny "Bananas" Devananzio.

Now after competing on eight of the last nine Challenges, Uncle CT is ready to tap out. “I’ve done a lot in a row, [my son] CJ is older now, I’m having a good year…I think I’m going to enjoy it for a little bit,” CT told HollywoodLife. With CT becoming an MTV regular through his 19 seasons on the show, he says it is "always going to be my home." But it's time for the happy father to spend some quality time at home with his son. CT also says he's ready to expand his branding and try new things. "I’m branching out, finally, and getting the courage to do other things besides the show," CT continued. "I have a movie coming out and we just wrapped filming.”

The grueling finals saw the players compete as individuals, on teams, and in pairs before crossing the finish line. In the end, the final two-player team who won could decide if they wanted to split their $1 million prize with the other players. Being the noble sports stars they are, CT and Kaycee opted to keep $800,000 and give $100,000 each to the other two teams consisting of Kyle Christie and Tori Deal in second, and Devin Walker and Emy Alupei in third. CT said it was a no-brainer when it came to splitting his winnings because of how all of the players helped him make it to the finals. "I can honestly say, if it wasn’t for Kaycee and Devin and Kyle and everybody that was there, my road to the final would’ve been a hell of a lot harder," CT said, noting that "it only seemed fair."

CT returned to season 37 in a more physically fit shape than he appeared in season 36. CT credits The Challenge for helping him figure out life along the way. "By doing well on The Challenge, I feel like I can do well in life, too," CT said. He's come a long way since his MTV inception on The Real World: Paris. Over the decades, CT has been involved in some of the most heated moments in Challenge history. He allowed himself to mature onscreen and for the world to see. Now with five wins under his belt and a load of cash in the bank, CT can rest easy and enjoy his time off. There's always The Challenge: All-Stars waiting for him.
