Warning: This article contains spoilers for The Book Of Boba Fett.

The Book of Boba Fett has been full of amazing cameos by relatively obscure characters from live-action as well as the broader universe of books and comics. It's also been a showcase for cameos by major characters from the saga like Luke Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano. As the series winds towards its finale, there is a very good chance that even more, iconic Star Wars characters will make an appearance.

The finale will hopefully provide some resolution of the main Boba Fett storyline of the series, but it's also likely to set things up for the future. As streaming series set in a galaxy far, far away proliferate soon, the finale could be an opportunity to establish several critical characters that will be key to the upcoming Ahsoka series as well as Obi-Wan Kenobi and others.

Luke Skywalker

Luke Skywalker in The Book of Boba Fett

Luke Skywalker has already appeared in The Book of Boba Fett, but there is a high likelihood he appears in the finale. The final episode will certainly address Grogu's fateful choice of remaining a padawan or returning to Din Djarin as a Mandalorian foundling.

This stands to position Luke for the future. While fans know the ultimate fate of one of the most powerful Jedi in the saga, his story in this period is a huge question mark and could be the subject of its series.

Anakin Skywalker

Anakin Skywalker, Yoda, and Obi-Wan Kenobi appear as ghosts in Return of the Jedi.

If Luke faces a moment of doubt in the finale regarding Grogu, he could turn to his father. Anakin Skywalker could appear in the finale as a Force ghost, consulting Luke in a way that fans have never seen in any aspect of the saga.

Anakin could potentially appear in another way. If the series shows more of Grogu's experience at the Jedi Temple during Order 66, Anakin could cameo frighteningly. Anakin Skywalker is a character confirmed to appear in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series, and this would be a fun way to set up his return.

Ben Solo

Ben Solo confronts Rey in The Rise of Skywalker.

If Grogu does leave Luke Skywalker to return to Din Djarin, Luke may seek a new student. That student could be Ben Solo, who would be about four or five years old at this point. Ben would be an extraordinary cameo for fans given his eventual importance to the saga.

The fall of Ben Solo and Kylo Ren doesn't happen for many years after The Book of Boba Fett, but an early glimpse into Ben's training would be a great way to link the different eras of Star Wars together and help add more depth to his character.

Princess Leia

Leia trains as a Jedi in The Rise of Skywalker.

If Ben Solo does appear in the finale even in a small cameo, it could be in connection with his mother. Princess Leia may deliver Ben Solo to Luke's new Jedi academy, and it would make for a great moment in the lore of the saga given what fans know of what happens after.

Leia walked away from the path of the Jedi before Ben Solo was born but ultimately turns to Luke to help train Ben. The finale could be the opportunity for a monumental moment in the Skywalker family legacy as Leia brings her son to Luke for help.

Sabine Wren

Sabine Wren holds the Darksaber in Star Wars: Rebels.

Star Wars fans know Sabine Wren is a major figure in the history of the Darksaber, and the finale could be where she finally joins live-action. Sabine is the one who gave the Darksaber to Bo-Katan Kryze, linking her to a long and tragic lineage.

Sabine Wren has been cast for the upcoming Ahsoka streaming series, to be played by Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword Of Destiny actress Natasha Liu Bordizzo. With Ahsoka appearing in The Book of Boba Fett, the finale could link to that series with another cameo.

Grand Admiral Thrawn

Grand Admiral Thrawn standing firmly in Star Wars

Ahsoka's mission in The Mandalorian was to find out where Grand Admiral Thrawn is. Her search for him and recovery of Ezra Bridger is likely to be the focus of her series, but Thrawn could make a cameo in the finale to set it up.

Grand Admiral Thrawn may have a connection to the Imperial Remnant and if the finale checks in on Moff Gideon, there could be a chance to link the two characters together and also establish the direction of not only the Ahsoka series but others.

Doctor Aphra

Black Krrsantan and Doctor Aphra from Marvel Comics.

Comic book fans of Black Krrsantan roared when the Wookiee bounty hunter appeared early on in The Book of Boba Fett. They were also excited because it was a strong signal that a character he is strongly associated with, Doctor Aphra, could appear in live-action.

It's likely a matter of when and not if Doctor Aphra appears in live-action. The finale of The Book of Boba Fett is an ideal place for her to appear, especially if Krrsantan pulls in some favors or the series follows him on to his next adventure.

Chewbacca

Chewbacca roars in Star Wars.

Several iconic Star Wars characters could appear in the finale depending on the fate of Boba Fett. One of them is Chewbacca. If Boba Fett sets his sights on old enemies, Chewbacca could easily make for a surprising cameo in the final moments of the series.

Chewbacca returned to his homeworld of Kashyyyk at some point after the original trilogy, perhaps in the timeframe of the series, to live with his family. The finale could potentially look in on this moment for the fabled Wookiee warrior.

Han Solo

Perhaps the biggest cameo in the finale would be Han Solo. Solo and Boba Fett have a bitter history, with the bounty hunter taking the frozen smuggler to Jabba the Hutt during the original trilogy. Both of them have changed since, making for a potentially fascinating reunion.

Boba Fett may seek vengeance against Solo for casting him into the Sarlacc Pit. Han Solo could seek out Boba Fett himself after hearing about the bounty hunter's unlikely return. But there could be another way that the two enemies find themselves reunited.

Qi'ra

Qi'ra smiles in Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Several clues in the series point to Crimson Dawn being behind the Pyke syndicate. If that is the case, then the biggest cameo in the finale should belong to Qi'ra. The former lover and leader of the intergalactic criminal cartel is likely pulling the strings on Tatooine.

She makes even more sense considering the direction of the various Star Wars streaming series. Mandalore has fallen but is no longer under Imperial control. Who controls it? Perhaps Qi'ra, who may have consolidated power there with Mandalorian houses loyal to Darth Maul. That could lead to an epic conflict with Din Djarin, Bo-Katan, and many others.
