With the conclusion of another Bachelor season, former contestants and leads were invited back to give their take on season 26's two-night finale, including one of The Bachelorette season 16's lead Clare Crawley. Clare's appearance was seemingly unexpected and made fans question what the former lead has been doing the last few months. From her love life to her salon, here's what Clare's been up to a lot this year. Clare has tried her luck on a number of the franchise's shows over the years. She was the runner-up of The Bachelor season 18 and was praised for how she handled her breakup with Juan Pablo.

Clare later appeared on the first two seasons of Bachelor In Paradise and even competed on The Bachelor Winter Games. During the latter, Clare found herself in a love triangle with Benoit Beausejour-Savard and Christian Rauch. At the reunion special, Clare revealed that she and Benoit were back together and got engaged on-screen. The couple announced their split on Instagram a few months later. In March of 2020, Clare was announced as the lead of The Bachelorette season 16. However, Clare didn't last long as she got engaged to Dale Moss following a whirlwind romance, and Tayshia Adams took over. They were on and off for a year before Clare and Dale officially called it quits in September 2021 after weeks of speculation.

Since then, Clare has been keeping herself occupied styling hair at De Facto Salon in Sacramento, California, evident by her Instagram, which she co-owns with her fellow hairstylist, Elon Burnett. Along with styling hair, Clare recently celebrated the six-month anniversary of her breast implant removal surgery. In late January, she shared a video on Instagram showcasing her symptoms prior to the surgery and her recovery over the last few months. She also shared with fans that she has been focusing on meditation, sticking to daily routines, and trusting her intuition while healing from the surgery. As for her love life, things have been looking up for Clare.

It seems as though she has moved on from the former football player and has set her sights on a not-so-new man. In January, rumors began to spread that Clare was now seeing former The Bachelorette season 16 contestant Blake Monar. While Blake was sent home by Clare in week 2, they appear to have developed a strong connection since reuniting. Clare and Blake reportedly bonded quickly, and she has already been introduced to his family, and this time around, they are letting their relationship grow organically. However, fans shouldn't get their hopes up just yet as Nick Viall, who also appeared during The Bachelor season 26's finale, recently shared a photo of Clare on Instagram with the caption, "Relationship update... single and thriving".

Since becoming The Bachelorette in 2020, Clare has had a full life of ups and downs. Not only is she growing her business, but she is single and ready to mingle. Even though the dating series didn't work out in her favor, it helped Clare become the women she is today in 2022.
