While many The Bachelorette fans are glad to see Tayshia Adams ending up with Zac Clark, others are sad to see Ben Smith being heartbroken again. It was evident that Ben was genuinely and truly in love with Tayshia, but he just took more time than others to open up and be vulnerable. Still, he won many fans' hearts, especially female fans. They are now professing their love for him on his Instagram pictures. While many have asked him out on a date, some are already calling him their "husband."
The Bachelorette viewers now know that Tayshia broke up with Ben and officially chose Zac to be her fiancé. Even though the 29-year-old fitness trainer didn't win his lady's heart, he was still able to garner massive popularity. At the moment, Ben has more Instagram followers than Zac, which hints that people did find him genuine, honest, and attractive. He even had a female fan telling him, "my ring finger is looking real bare rn."
Considering Ben's popularity, ABC might cast him to become the lead of The Bachelor in 2022. A quick look at his Instagram feed hints that he is single right now, but that might not be for long. He's receiving several messages like, "If u need a good rebound I got u," and hundreds of "I love U." Since the filming stopped, the Bachelorette contestant has often posted pictures of himself at the gym. In a picture, a fan commented, "Can you lift me like this?" Somebody else also said, "Hi future husband. How are you?" Another thirsty comment read, “ur meant to be w me. that’s what ur meant for.” The military veteran is also posting fun throwback family pictures. He also shared a couple of inspiring IG posts to raise awareness around suicide.
Ben occasionally posts about his journey on The Bachelorette season 16. He seems happy for Tayshia and also seemingly announced that he's ready to move. It looks like the Venice Beach native took this journey quite seriously, and he has genuinely learned how to emote his feelings. His IG feed and content show that he's more open and vulnerable now instead of completely shut off. He does talk about the heartbreak and pain he suffered and he has acknowledged the second chance that Tayshia gave him.
