The Bachelor star Nick Viall has accomplished one of the greatest feats of adulthood: purchasing a $1.72 million home in North Hollywood. Since his original stint on Andi Dorfman’s season of The Bachelorette, Nick has skyrocketed to fame in and out of the Bachelor world. His efforts to remain in the limelight worked. He crashed Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season of the Bachelorette and made an appearance on Bachelor in Paradise season 3. Despite not being everyone’s favorite guy, Nick got another shot at love and became the star of The Bachelor season 21.

Although he ended up breaking off his engagement with final rose winner Vanessa Grimaldi five months after the season ended, Nick went on to work on other projects ranging from acting to retail. In 2017, Nick joined the cast of A Christmas Cruise, a television Christmas movie. In the years following, he made appearances on ABC’s Speechless, TV Land’s Teachers, General Hospital, and Family Guy. The Bachelor Nation staple also made a jump to product development, launching an essential oils company called Natural Habits with his sister. In 2019, he started an extremely successful podcast, The Viall Files, which hosts Bachelor stars and celebrity guests.

According to TMZ, all of this success has paid off and the 40-year-old Wisconsin native secured the ultimate bachelor pad. Pun intended. The $1.72 million house, which was originally listed for $1.75 million, boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms at a total of 2,412 square feet. Recently remodeled three years ago, Nick’s new pad effortlessly flows from the living room to the backyard. The outdoor space is complete with an infinity pool, a spa, a poolside cabana, surround sound, and a fire feature. Inside, the ceilings reach 15 feet high, there are multiple walk-in closets, and the master bedroom is enormous.

Nick couldn’t wait to reveal his big purchase online. On September 15, he posted a selfie on Instagram in front of a real estate sign depicting the listing agent, Arvin Haddad, of The Agency. Nick, who was represented by Alan Taylor of Compass, captioned the image, “6 years ago I left a career I really liked for a chance to do something I loved. I did it at a point in my life where the expectation was to settle in and live the life I had. 6 years later I’m buying MY First HOUSE and doing what I love. It’s never too late to change things up and take a few risks.” Fellow Bachelor stars showed their love for Nick, leaving congratulatory comments. Ashley Iaconetti Haibon wrote “Can’t wait to see the place!” while Wells Adams said, “Welcome to the neighborhood! Can I come over now?”

Still thrilled about the new crib, Nick posted a video of himself spinning in a circle to show off the house, captioning it: “New Home…First Looks.” It’s unclear if we’ll get a full home tour video, but one thing is definite: Nick will be hosting many Bachelor Nation celebs in his new crib. It’s likely fans will get to see his home in the background of their future photos and Instagram stories.
