As a result, Rachel had to quit social media, and Chris was put on an indefinite hiatus from his longtime hosting gig. Matt also made it pretty clear that he is no longer dating Rachael.

As seen below, Matt wrote: "Make sure you're happy in real life today." On the surface, this is a positive message about being happy. Alas, many Bachelor Nation fans are concerned about what could be going on with Matt behind the scenes.
The fans have responded to the tweet sending positive messages to Matt James, many assuming that he is going through a rough time in the post-season of The Bachelor. It is still unclear what Matt is trying to say with the cryptic messages that he's been posting as of late, but Bachelor Nation hopes that he's in a healthy - or at least stable - headspace for the time being. It can be hard for reality TV stars to deal with their newfound fame, so this is surely a new experience for Matt.
