The Bachelor lead Matt James has shared a new cryptic message on Twitter, and many fans are worried about his overall wellbeing. Matt's very first reality TV stint was on The Bachelor season 25, and his journey wasn't exactly a smooth one. Some of the women who were cast on the show ended up acting like bullies and making quite harsh accusations about their co-stars. As if that weren't enough, a few problematic pictures came to the surface from Rachael Kirkconnell, who happened to win the season.

Since season 25 of The Bachelor ended its run, Matt and Rachael have reportedly broken things up for good. While it is true that Rachael apologized for attending the Old South party where she was spotted, an interview between Rachel Lindsay and Chris Harrison sparked even more outrage as the host adamantly defended Rachael to The Bachelorette season 13 lead. As a result, Rachel had to quit social media, and Chris was put on an indefinite hiatus from his longtime hosting gig. Matt also made it pretty clear that he is no longer dating Rachael.

In the immediate aftermath of his The Bachelor season, Matt James appeared to have a sense of humor about the whole thing. However, things seemed to take a turn recently as Matt got quieter on social media and started to post certain cryptic messages on his Twitter and Instagram. Last week, Matt tweeted out a cryptic "03/21/2021" date without any further context or explanation. Now, the Bachelor lead is sharing yet another cryptic tweet. As seen below, Matt wrote: "Make sure you're happy in real life today." On the surface, this is a positive message about being happy. Alas, many Bachelor Nation fans are concerned about what could be going on with Matt behind the scenes.

The fans have responded to the tweet sending positive messages to Matt James, many assuming that he is going through a rough time in the post-season of The Bachelor. It is still unclear what Matt is trying to say with the cryptic messages that he's been posting as of late, but Bachelor Nation hopes that he's in a healthy - or at least stable - headspace for the time being. It can be hard for reality TV stars to deal with their newfound fame, so this is surely a new experience for Matt.

Matt James was a great lead on The Bachelor, but some of the women who were cast on the show ended up ruining season 25 for Matt and for the viewers. Here's to hoping that season 26 will be a little less stressful for all the parties involved.
