The Bachelor fans want to know everything about Matt James, including his height, age, job, and other fun facts. With the premiere of season 25, ABC has officially brought back its traditional "Bachelor Mondays." All things considered, Matt James is making history on the show this year. For one, he is the series' first-ever Black male lead. Moreover, longtime Bachelor host Chris Harrison announced during the premiere that production received a record number of applications from women wanting to be on Matt's season. Consequently, Matt got to meet more than 30 girls on the first night alone.

The fans couldn't be more excited for The Bachelor to be coming back on TV, and the previews shown so far indicate that this season is going to be messy, dramatic, and entertaining. With that said, it'll also be interesting to see how Matt James will handle his role as the lead of the season considering that he doesn't have any history with the franchise and isn't entirely familiar with the entire process. Now that the fans have met all the women and Matt got a chance to give out his First Impression Rose, we shall see how things will go from here on out.

The fans watching The Bachelor were very impressed with how tall Matt James is. Turns out, Matt is 6'5", which definitely helps a guy who is so into playing sports and exercising. Matt's birthday is December 5, and he just turned 29 years old in 2020. When it comes to zodiac signs, he is a Sagittarius. Another fun fact about Matt is that he was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina but moved to New York City as an adult. Currently, he works as a commercial real estate broker in NYC for a company called CBRE Group.

What makes Matt James such a great The Bachelor lead is that he isn't just very handsome, he also has a lot of substance. Besides his career in commercial real estate, Matt co-founded a non-profit organization called ABC Food Tours, which provides fitness and nutritional experiences to kids in underserved communities within NYC.

This season of The Bachelor is just getting started, but the fans can already tell that it'll be a very exciting (and dramatic) year for the show.
