Even though the series ended in 2006, fans of That 70's Show still reminisce about the jokes, relationships, and characters that starred in the show. The main cast was introduced during season 1, but there were still classic characters that were introduced afterward. Some characters who debuted later are just as hilarious, memorable, and important to the show as the main cast.

Mitch Miller

Seth Green on That '70s Show

Fans might remember the occasional appearances of Mitch Miller. He was first introduced in season 5 as a villain for the main friend group. He attended the same high school as the group and has a feud with Fez after publishing a photo of him kissing Michael in the school newspaper.

Mitch also solidifies his villain status when he admits to having a crush on Donna, Eric's main love interest during the show. Mitch invites Donna to a wedding, which only upsets Eric further. Mitch then challenges Eric to a fight the next day but also backs out of the fight. Even though Mitch Miller's time on the show was short, he offered a villain role that made for a hilarious few episodes.

Fenton

During season 5, Fenton is introduced as a jewelry store clerk who sells Eric an engagement ring that he later uses to propose to Donna. Fans will remember that Fenton has a dry sense of humor and cruelly judges other characters that he converses with. However, Fenton is funny and his quippy attitude made him a stand-out character since his first episode.

Despite being in the show and interacting with other characters, Fenton is mainly known for his hilarious feud with Fez. Later on in the series, Fenton is the landlord of the apartment that Fez rents out. After this anecdote is revealed, there are countless episodes that show Fez and Fenton battling it out.

Christine St. George

Christine St. George is another minor character. First premiering in season 8, Christine St. George is a local talk show host. She is bold, bossy, and slightly wacky, but Jackie admires her throughout the end of the series.

Jackie first meets Christine St. George by going to her show and introducing herself as she believes that she is destined to become her co-host. After working as an assistant to Christine for a short duration, Jackie is fired for learning too much about Christine. Even though her time on the show was short, her impact on the story and Jackie made her memorable to fans.

Caroline Dupree

Caroline looks angrily at Fez

Fans of the show will remember that Fez dated a lot of interesting women. One such character was introduced in season 3 and her name was Caroline Dupree. Soon after Fez begins dating her, she starts to show how jealous and paranoid she can be when Fez is around other women.

Shortly after their relationship started, Fez decided that he did not want to be with someone so overbearing and broke up with Caroline. During season 8, Caroline makes another appearance when she and Fez rekindle their relationship. However, the relationship is short-lived when Caroline gets upset when she finds out Fez and Jackie live together. Caroline impacted the show with her wild antics and her obsession with Fez, and fans still discuss her to this day.

Samantha Hyde

Samantha talk to Kitty in the Foreman's kitchen

Season 8 introduced many new characters into the That '70s Show universe, and one of these characters was Samantha Hyde. After returning from a long trip to Las Vegas, Steven comes back to Wisconsin with little memory of his time. He is surprised to learn that he got married to Samantha.

Even though Samantha and Steven hardly know each other, they maintain their relationship and date throughout the majority of season 8. However, Samantha's time on the show ends when it is discovered that she was already married to someone else when she follows Steven back to Wisconsin. Samantha Hyde left an impact on viewers and created a hilarious storyline for Steven's character.

Rhonda Tate

One of the more memorable girlfriends of Fez was Rhonda Tate. First introduced in season 4, Rhonda tries to hook up with Fez at prom when the students get trapped at the school during a tornado. They end up not sleeping together, but Rhonda and Fez have numerous encounters and date for a short amount of time

Rhonda, or "Big Rhonda" to the main cast and the majority of the school, was a character that was unapologetically herself. She had fleeting run-ins with the main group throughout the series, and Eric even experiences an alternate timeline in which he marries Rhonda. Even though she was never a main character of the show, Big Rhonda was a character synonymous with That '70s Show.

Brooke Rockwell

Brooke Rockwell talking on a pay phone

Brooke Rockwell is another character that majorly impacted the storyline of the show. First introduced in season 6, Brooke and Michael hook up at a Molly Hatchet concert and attempt to date afterward. Even though the couple has nothing in common, Brooke discovers that she is pregnant with Michael's baby. After this, Michael begins to take life more seriously and enrolls in the police academy.

Her character changes the course of the show for the better since Brooke doesn't trust Michael and thinks he's immature. Because she thinks this, Michael matures quickly and changes his character in order to be a good dad for his child.

Randy Pearson

Randy, Kelso, and Hyde talking

Randy joins the group during the final season and develops a close relationship with Red after he shows how skilled he is at fixing various things. While Randy is accepted by the majority of the group, Fez has a difficult time fully trusting and accepting Randy as a friend

Randy is most notably Donna's boyfriend during the final season. Randy and Donna have a lot of similarities, but unfortunately, Donna can't get over her feelings for Eric and the couple breaks up. Fans will remember Randy because he was created as a filler for Eric and Michael in the final season of the show. He was either loved by fans or hated because of his role in the group.

Casey Kelso

Luke Wilson as Casey Kelso in That '70s show

One of the most memorable characters is Casey Kelso. Introduced in season 4, Casey is Michael's older brother and shows up on occasion to mess with the main group of friends or to join them during escapades. Casey is a bully in a lot of ways and even created the horrible nickname "Foreplay" for Eric.

What fans remember most about Casey Kelso is that he dated Donna for a short period of time. During their relationship, Casey pushed Donna to behave badly and act out. He pressured her into drinking in public and skipping school. Casey also lied to Donna and told her that he loved her, causing Donna to have her heart broken.

Leo Chingkwanke

The most memorable character to debut after the first season is Leo Chingkwanke. Introduced as a minor character in season 2, Leo is a hippie that becomes a friend to the group. He is the owner of the Foto Hut where Steven works through the first half of the series. Leo also was an Army veteran that served in World War II. He became a stoner when he hitched a ride home with a band that was smoking marijuana.

Leo's character was laid back and carefree and his personality meshed well with the main group. Even though he was a minor character, there is an entire episode where the main group is dedicated to finding him and making sure he is safe. He even makes a return to the show in later seasons and continues to be successful comedic relief.
