Of course, most of these characters have their flaws and their redeeming qualities, and all of them have times to love and hate them. Whether it's cheating partners or schools exams or drug experimentation, there's a lot of factors at play with these characters and their likability.  And obviously, some of them are more lovable than others because of it. It’s time to stack them up and see how fans actually like the most.

Least: Bob Pinciotti

That '70s Show Bob Pinciotti

There’s nothing to really hate about Bob, but there’s also not really a whole lot to like about him, either. He’s the head of the household that likes Midge to live her ‘housewife’ life and wants Donna to do the same.

He doesn’t really let Donna live her own life, let alone be a feminist, and he’s controlling while actually still being a bit ditsy. Bob lives in Bob’s world, and fans don’t really like that universe.

Midge Pinciotti

That '70s Show Midge& Bob Pinciotti

Midge is a bit better than her husband in the sense that she at least doesn’t try to really hinder anyone else. She supports Donna, but she’s also definitely not the smartest and still often acts only in her own best interest.

She makes some pretty poor choices that lead fans to question her character, and while she isn’t outwardly rude, Midge is a bit selfish, and fans aren’t exactly fans of her.

Red Forman

That '70s Show Red At Home

This television dad might be one of the most famous, and definitely one of the most funny, but in all honesty - Red isn’t exactly likable. He offers a lot of humor, but most fans could agree they're happy they aren't one of his children.

He’s arrogant, hot-headed, condescending, and close-minded. He’s great to watch on the small screen, but as a character, he’s not exactly having fans fall in love with him for his lovable personality.

Michael Kelso

That '70s Show Michael Kelso, Jackie, and Eric

No one has any really hate for Kelso, but he’s also one of the worst characters. He’s hilarious and spontaneous and fun, but he’s also super selfish and manipulative - and does the most reckless things of them all.

No one supports Michael’s treatment of Jackie, and a lot of his decisions paint him as someone who doesn’t care about anything but himself - and that’s pretty unlikable, to say the least.

Jackie Burkhart

That '70s Show Jackie Burkhart

Jackie is definitely one character that fans love to hate and hate to love. She’s also all about herself, and she can be rude and condescending, too. She has a lot of flaws, but she is still a fan favorite.

However, Jackie does grow a fair bit throughout the series, and she does actually have a kind heart beneath it all. Plus, she’s a strong woman that doesn’t take anything from anyone - and lots of women that watch the show respect that.

Eric Forman

That '70s Show Eric Forman Car

Some fans would argue that Eric might just be the least likable of them all, and the last season let fans truly decide if they missed or didn’t miss Eric Forman. The verdict is still out, which means he definitely isn't the most likable.

However, strictly speaking, he isn’t a bad person. He can be a bit dumb and get caught up in himself, but he isn’t actually a terrible friend or son, and he has his redeeming moments.

Steven Hyde

That '70s Show Hyde In Basement

Hyde probably has the biggest attitude of them all, but fans can’t help but love him. And mostly, Hyde’s rude behavior is actually all an act - because true fans know he’s actually a sweetheart.

This character cares about his friends more than anyone, and he also has a world outlook that makes him intriguing. And, he’s absolutely hilarious. Everyone aspires to be at least a little bit as cool as Steven Hyde.

Fez

That '70s Show Fez In Basement

Fez might not be anyone’s favorite character, but he is one that’s actually impossible to hate. He has a couple of moments of selfish or unintelligent behavior, but he’s really actually kind.

He only wants to fit in and have fun, and he has an innocent heart of gold. Fez is one of a kind, and is pretty likable. He may be the most quirky and strange on the show, but there's nothing wrong with that.

Donna Pinciotti

That '70s Show Donna In Basement

Donna is another character that might not be a fan favorite, but she certainly has the least amount of unlikable flaws. She’s strong, independent, smart, and funny, and she rarely does anything that's worthy of hate.

She has a good head on her shoulders and rarely makes selfish or stupid decisions. Donna is someone that fans root for, and she's really the only one that isn't constantly doing things that make fans cringe.

Most: Kitty Forman

That '70s Show Kitty Forman Laughing

It might seem odd that the most likable character isn’t even one of the teenagers, but who can say they don’t love Kitty Forman? She can be a bit flaky, but she’s a good-hearted person that fans really can't get enough of - especially for a parent in this show.

She’s the glue that keeps everyone together, and there really isn’t a bad bone in her body. She’s hilarious, adorable, and totally lovable. She deserves the most recognition for her likability.
