A parody motivational poster featuring Avengers: Infinity War's Thanos is available at San Diego Comic-Con 2018. Though Marvel Studios is skipping a Hall H panel for the first time in years, fans can still get a treat by stopping by the Studios' booth at Comic-Con.

The finale of Avengers: Infinity War certainly came as a shock to many audiences, since it was easily the darkest entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe thus far. Even the bittersweetness of Captain America: Civil War paled in comparison to watching half of the fan-favorite heroes turn to dust at the snap of Thanos’ fingers. A villain succeeding was a first for the MCU, and while it seems obvious that Avengers 4 will ultimately undo the consequences of Thanos’ balancing, the reminders of his victory still leave a sore spot for many fans. However, much of the post-Infinity War stress has been countered by humor, such as this new “motivational poster.”

The poster was teased by Ryan Meinerding, a character designer and Head of Visual Development at Marvel Studios. In a twitter post, Meinerding shared a photo of a poster he designed featuring Thanos peacefully resting on the world he created for himself at the end of Infinity War. The shot from the film features a caption underneath it that reads: “SUCCESS,” and attributes Thanos' to his quote from the film, “The hardest choices require the strongest wills.” The image itself mirrors a motivational poster one might find in a classroom or office, adding a good deal of humor to an otherwise gloomy moment from Infinity War. Meinerding says that fans who want a copy can pick one up at the Marvel Studios booth at SDCC.

The poster is all in good fun, and reiterates how much the people involved with the culminating Marvel films have enjoyed their time working on them. It's already been implied that the next Avengers film will be the greatest work yet that the Russo Brothers have done for Marvel Studios. Clearly, everyone involved in the process, even the concept artists like Meinerding, are as excited as the fans are to watch Phase 3 wrap up. Hopefully, Marvel’s Phase 4 will be just as engaging for fans and creators alike.

With the lengthy wait until Avengers 4 releases, fans will have to gravitate to humorous reflection to tide them over. Ant-Man & The Wasp was the latest MCU movie to be released, and will be the last one until Captain Marvel hits theaters in March 2019. Captain Marvel has been teased to be the MCU's only hope after Thanos' finger snap, so hopefully by the time the events of Avengers: Infinity War are addressed, Thanos' road to success will simply be a memory.
