Iris Jardiel and Luke Wechselberger will be putting their relationship on the line on Temptation Island season 4. The pair will join three other couples who are having relationship problems and want to see how their partners react to an island of attractive singles. Each couple sets their own boundaries on Temptation Island. Some ask their partners not to get intimate with anyone else, some ask that they do not form any emotional attachments to the singles, while many couples set no rules for what their partner can do. While some couples have fallen to temptation with one of the new singles as soon as they are separated from their partners, others like season three's Kristen Ramos and Julian Allen, have come out of the experience stronger than ever.
Iris and Luke have been in a relationship for nearly five years, though they have been broken up before. The pair have never cheated on each other, but Luke felt insecure that Iris started seeing other people immediately after their breakup, which only lasted a few days. It was Iris's idea to come on Temptation Island, but Luke said he is up for the challenge and completely on board with participating in the show. They have already had many struggles in their relationship, from jealousy to trust issues, and this show may fuel more of their insecurities.
Luke is 29 years old and Iris is 26. The Seattle-based pair love to travel and have been all over the U.S. Iris has been a freelance model since 2015 and has racked up nearly 40K followers on Instagram. Luke and Iris are both entrepreneurs and work as Amazon FBA sellers, where they sell a variety of things under their own label, Luke also has a YouTube channel where he gives his nearly 11K subscribers inside scoops into how he conducts his business. Luke also said he has mentored over 500 students with his system.
Luke said he was most worried about Iris having a strong emotional connection to one of the singles during the process. By the end of Temptation Island, Iris may find the security she wants in her relationship, Luke may meet his goal of becoming more selfless, and, as Luke mentioned, the pair could get engaged by the end of the show. Based on the show's drama-filled trailer, though, there will definitely be some obstacles for Iris and Luke to overcome before they continue their relationship and fans will have to wait until the show airs to see if they will last.
