Teen Mom 2’s Javi Marroquin says he lost everything after fighting with fiancé, Lauren Comeau. The fight comes as a surprise as the couple never seemed to argue or be on the outs with one another, making fans wonder if there is more to this situation than meets the eye.
Marroquin is best known as the ex-husband of Teen Mom 2 star, Kailyn Lowry. Marroquin shares custody of his five-year-old son Lincoln with Lowry, leading him to still appear on MTV’s hit franchise. He has made the news before for his arguments with past girlfriends, including being accused of dating his ex-wife because she was famous. Marroquin had also dated and been connected with other Teen Moms such as Briana DeJesus and Leah Messer.
There had been much speculation that the couple had split after being caught in a massive argument over trying to kick Marroquin’s sister, Lidia, out of their home. On Monday, August 19, Marroquin took to his Instagram to provide an update to his followers, sharing inspirational words in support of feeling lost. US Weekly reported that the couple had gotten into an altercation while hosting a party at their house, and both had wanted to go to sleep but they could not get Lidia to leave their house. The argument had gotten so heated that the police were called out to the premises. The fallout led to Comeau deleting Marroquin from her social media and deleting photos of the two on her Instagram. The fight occurred only a month after they vacationed in Mexico to celebrate their engagement.
The reality star dad was married to his ex-wife, Lowry, from 2011 to 2016, having broken up during a military deployment. He then started dating his fiancée, Comeau, in 2017. After the divorce, Marroquin opened his own gym, residing in Delaware to be close to his children. Lowry gave a statement regarding the argument saying it was not her place to comment on her ex-husband’s relationship, only that she wished them all the luck, whether they were together or not.
Right now, it does seem as if the couple has called off their engagement, leaving fans to wonder what will happen to the father of two. While Comeau’s social media has gone radio silent, Marroquin is still posting, mainly love quotes and pictures to his fiancé. Fans of Teen Mom 2 will have to watch when the new season starts, hopefully receiving an update from the couple.
