Rebecca & Rupert

Even though fans don't get to see Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham) and Rupert (Anthony Head) actually in a relationship, it's safe to assume that these two had a very toxic one. Season one begins just after the two have divorced, leaving Rebecca in charge of Rupert's beloved football club.

As if these two weren't petty enough, Rupert goes on to start dating a much younger woman and gets her pregnant - the one thing in life he never gave Rebecca. If these two are as nasty together divorced, one can only imagine how unbalanced their marriage must have been. They definitely weren't winning the best TV married couple award, that's for sure.

However, their relationship isn't great with Jamie valuing himself way more than he values Keeley.

While Keeley and Jamie have come a long way in their character evolutions, it still doesn't make their original romantic relationship ideal to anyone. It'll be interesting to see if these two rekindle their romance since it was hinted at, leaving many fans needing the question answered in season 3.

Ted & Michelle

During season one the pair are in the midst of a separation period that ultimately leaves Michelle wanting a divorce.

Though Ted feels like they should try to save their marriage, he eventually realizes that by agreeing to a divorce he'll continue to make Michelle happy. From then on Ted and Rebecca have become each other's emotional support person, constantly lending an ear or a shoulder to cry on when things get tough. Ted helped Rebecca through her divorce and in turn, Rebecca has helped Ted with his panic attacks. Sparks will definitely fly when fans hopefully get a Ted and Rebecca kiss in season 3 like they've been hoping for.

Higgins (Jeremy Swift) might have started out as the silly, comic relief character on Ted Lasso but he's become so much than that. In fact, he's sort of the self-proclaimed love guru of the diamond dogs since he's the only one in a loving and fulfilling marriage.

Julie (Mary Roscoe) has only made a few appearances but in those few short appearances, it's become clear that Higgins and Julie are the true couple to idolize. They love and support each other no matter and even have fun while doing it. Higgins and Julie's chemistry is unmatched which could be because they're actually married in real life.
