Taylor Hale has been bullied since the beginning of Big Brother 24 by many of the houseguests, but she now vows to seek revenge after a turn of events in the house. After Taylor joined the seven-person Leftovers alliance, consisting of Big Brother houseguests who were excluded from other groups in the house, she finally found a safe place among Matt "Turner" Turner, Monte Taylor, Michael Bruner, Brittany Hoopes, Joseph Abdin, and Kyle Capener. They came together after Daniel Durston wrongly and viciously attacked Taylor when her Festie Bestie Nicole Layog misunderstood her and thought that she told her to quit the game when she was actually telling Nicole not to push herself too hard in the game for Taylor's sake. Nicole also laced into Taylor, who apologized, even though some of the houseguests later commented that she had done nothing wrong.

When Thursday's Big Brother episode ended, the houseguests had begun to battle it out during the Head of Household (HOH) competition. Monte won this competition, so the Leftovers alliance will continue to dominate the game. Monte nominated Alyssa Snider and Indy Santos for eviction, but Daniel and Kyle won the Power of Veto. The Leftovers are now trying to convince Daniel to save Alyssa and Indy from the Chopping Block so that Monte can nominate Nicole and Taylor in their place. They want to trick him into believing that Nicole is a pawn and that Taylor will finally go home after she escaped eviction during the first two weeks in the house when she was nominated. However, the real plan is to evict Nicole, thus keeping Taylor in the house, freeing her from Nicole as her Festie Bestie, and leaving Daniel without his closest ally. Big Brother houseguests Daniel and Nicole have made a commitment to go to the Final 2 together, so using the veto would truly destroy Daniel's game.

Now Twitter user Tooms has shared a clip from the live feeds that shows Taylor speaking to the camera, telling viewers all about her plan to seek revenge. Taylor says, "If you follow me throughout the week, you'll probably catch me practicing my speech. It's going to be scorching, scathing. My final plea won't be about me. It'll be about all the ways that the person sitting next to me used me, attempted to manipulate me, and will LOSE to me." Taylor is referring to the fact that Nicole chose her as her Festie Bestie so that she could sit next to her on the Chopping Block and evict Taylor because she thought that she had the votes to do it. Also, after Nicole argued with Taylor, she threw a veto competition even though she knew that she and Taylor could be nominated, because she wanted Taylor to go home. This new plan to evict Nicole will give Taylor the chance to take her revenge on Nicole for her actions.

The fans who have been condemning the houseguests' mistreatment of Taylor since the beginning rejoiced at the clip. Twitter user ms. girl wrote, "YES! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR SCORCHED EARTH TAYLOR," while TippiMonet said, "Queen I wanna be able to recite it with you, make it BRUTAL." Twitter user mi praised Big Brother star Taylor saying, "it's been such a great journey seeing her gain confidence in this game. It's beautiful." While a few fans were worried that Taylor could ruin her game if she really goes through with this speech, Danielle Reyes #bbtg (not the official account of the former houseguest) said, "Mmm let it play out, they saw how she was treated. Daniel, Jasmine, Alyssa and Indy will definitely take issue but they take issue every time she dates to breath lmao." Other people thought that Taylor would not actually make this speech because she has too much grace and dignity, but they said that they fully support her if she decides to do so.

If this plan works, it will be one of the greatest blindsides in Big Brother history. Taylor will finally have her revenge and she will be freed from being Nicole's Festie Bestie. Nicole was not fighting for her, so Taylor can now join a new team that might help her to go further in the game. This turn of events has been a long time coming in the Big Brother house, and it is now Taylor's time to shine.
