When it comes to fans interested in a certain writer, they will generally not only check out the author's books, but any film or television adaptation of the stories. They may purchase and display products that celebrate this person and they might even get permanent ink to show just how much they adore said author.
One great example of an author with a huge fandom is the King Of Horror, Stephen King. He has written some of the most successful and popular scary stories, some of which have been made into movies and TV shows. Another terrific tattoo was shared on Reddit, and this one shows off a pair of handcuffs, a shovel, an ax, a key to room 237 and a skull, all on top of a pile of books. This alone makes up some neat King-inspired artwork, as it combines several elements from several of his stories.
