As Flip Or Flop star Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa prepare for the arrival of a baby boy, Tarek has shared a post thanking his wife for inspiring him in his health journey. The HGTV star married the Selling Sunset real estate agent in October 2021. In July 2022, the pair announced that they were expecting. As they get closer to their first child together being born, the couple is resting and preparing everything they can for a smooth arrival.
Tarek shared a video to his Instagram where he is trying to chug a green juice, with Heather off to the side cheering him on. Flip Or Flop's Tarek El Moussa said in the caption, “Happy Monday!! Hopefully your Monday didn’t start off with your wife making you drink something that tastes like dirt.”
Tarek jokingly shared that the comment, followed by his gratitude for his wife, made him care more about his health. He continued on to say, “Honestly I owe a lot of my health and fitness to my wife.” Tarek talked about how she makes him drink water and get his greens in. Despite him gagging in the video, he knows doing it is for the best.
Heather El Moussa Wants The Best For Tarek
Aside from Tarek’s protests, he does admit that he knows Heather just wants what is best for him, and that is why she forces the green juices and other healthy habits on him. Her encouragement is most likely a huge help in getting him to push through and do the good things his body needs. Tarek and Heather have shared with Us Weekly that they do not have a name picked out for their baby yet. However, they do have some ideas, but want to wait until their son is born to finalize anything. Heather shared that at her most recent doctor checkup, they said, “Everything’s good with baby.”
While this is Tarek’s third child, it is his first with his wife Heather. Tarek shares two children, Taylor, 12, and Brayden, 7, with ex-wife Christina Hall. Heather has shared that she has grown to love Tarek’s other children very much over the years and that they have a special bond, but there is no bond like the one she will have with her firstborn child. The couple has not announced an exact due date, but everyone is able to tell that it is early 2023, so the baby could be coming anytime now.
Parents putting their health first ahead of having a new baby is essential, as Heather has shared that her pregnancy has not been the easiest. With bed rest and other struggles Heather has encountered along the way, it is good to know that she is taking care of herself and Tarek as well. When the baby arrives, they can remain as healthy as they can be to take care of it. Heather described some of what she has gone through as unbearable, yet has still been able to push through and get everything ready for the baby. Flip Or Flop star Tarek will need to be in tip-top health when the baby arrives, so he can help Heather out after enduring such a wild pregnancy.
