Kim's Convenience (2016)
Kim's Convenience is a comedy-drama series that tells the heartwarming story of the Korean-Canadian Kim family — father Sang-il Kim, mother Kim, first-generation immigrants who own a convenience store in Toronto, Janet Kim, an art student trying to make something of herself, and Jung Kim, who works at a rental car company with his best friend Kimchee and boss/love interest Shannon. Sang-il and his son are estranged, with Janet and her mother being the glue that manages to hold them all together.
