Diablo 3
Twelve years after the release of the Blizzard hit Diablo 2 comes Diablo 3, a sequel set twenty years after the events of its predecessor. The Lord of Darkness has returned once again. The player, a Nephalem, is tasked with finding Diablo's lords and slaying them before the forces of hell overrun the earth and extinguish humanity. Players can choose to play as a Barbarian, Crusader, Demon Hunter, Monk, Necromancer, Witch Doctor, or Wizard to face hell's hordes alone or with a friend. Diablo 3 had two expansion packs and eventually moved from PC and Mac to game consoles.
