Former So You Think You Can Dance star Valerie Rockey tied the knot with her boyfriend, Ace Thor. Fans of the FOX reality television dance show remember Valerie for finishing runner-up in SYTYCD season 11 in 2014. Valerie continued to pursue a professional dance career after her impressive performances. She often taught at national conventions and offered her expertise to The Masked Dancer, where she served as an assistant choreographer in 2020. However, Valerie hasn't only been focusing on her career since her time on SYTYCD. The professional dancer also found her prince charming along the way.
On September 7, 2021, Valerie announced that she was engaged to Ace. She did so by sharing pictures from the proposal and her engagement ring.
