Supernatural Is Selling Off Dean, Sam & Castiel's Wardrobe

Supernatural fans can get their hands on clothes worn by Sam, Dean and Castiel via a massive wardrobe sale in British Columbia, Canada. Although the series has already run for 14 seasons, fans are still disappointed that season 15 will be Supernatural's last.

Supernatural, which debuted in 2005, is the only hold-out TV show from The WB, but the series successfully made its way to that network's replacement, The CW, in 2006, where it thrived. The series follows the adventures of two brothers, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles), hunting down supernatural entities and has been a solid hit for the network ever since Dean uttered the fateful words: "Dad's gone on a hunting trip, and he hasn't been home in a few days." However, all good things must come to an end, and the cast and crew made the decision together that the upcoming season 15 will be its last, meaning that 14 years of wardrobe is now without a home.

Fortunately, much of that wardrobe will get to make its way into fans' hands. Maynards Liquidation Group is having a massive sale on clothing used on the show, including costumes worn by Padalecki and Ackles. It will also probably include several trench coats worn by Castiel (Misha Collins), along with costumes worn by guest stars and background actors. Over 12,000 pieces are up for grabs for both men and women. Fans wanting to get their hands on items can do so at 8085 Glenwood Dr., Burnaby, British Columbia on July 6 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and July 7 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Supernatuaral Wardrobe Sale

The Supernatural season 14 finale was a shocker, setting up the villain for the final season. Season 15 will give the series a chance to explore that plot further, as well as let Sam and Dean save the world one more time. It should also wrap up many of the characters' stories and provide fans a way to say goodbye. Although seeing a popular series end is often a sad affair, 15 seasons is a good run, especially considering Supernatural was only originally intended to last for five seasons.

Fans can get a chance to own a piece of Supernatural, though, with this wardrobe sale. Be sure to expect a lot of jeans and T-shirts, as well as bomber jackets, boots and plaid shirts. The sale is a dream come true for Supernatural cosplayers, but also for collectors who want to have a piece of such a beloved long-running series.
