Among these are the Demons, which make up some of the most interesting characters in the series.

Taurus, Asmodeus

The Gemini understands how Dean can be the vessel for an archangel while also being the one responsible for unleashing the Darkness. The Gemini can also adapt quickly, staying with Dean through any kind of turmoil, no matter what side he's on.
Cancer, Lilith
Lilith holds a position of unique importance in Hell. She was the first created by Lucifer and is the oldest demon in existence. The Cancer person loves a long and complex family history to start with, but they also love a hierarchy, which is another thing that draws them to Lilith.
Lucifer clearly intended for his minions to have a strict ranking system, which they all deeply respect. Even Alastair knows that he has to take orders from Lilith, and the Cancer person likes a woman who's the head of her household. Lilith's willingness to sacrifice herself in order to break the last seal holding Lucifer also appeals to the sentimental Cancer person.
Leo, Lust
The Seven Deadly Sins appeared in Supernatural as a part of the plot in Season 3. For the hedonistic Leo, this also could have been Gluttony. However, Lust is the demon obsessed with beauty and physical pleasure, and Leo won't be able to resist her charms. Lust, on the other hand, appreciates the devotion and admiration that she would no doubt get from a dedicated Leo regardless of what form she would take.
Virgo, Dagon
Dagon is an immensely powerful demon but measures how and when to use their power. This pragmatic style draws the Virgo in initially, and what seals the deal is how Dagon meticulously and perfectly caries out Lucifer's plans. The King of Hell trusts this demon implicitly even with the most minute details while avoiding scrutiny themselves, a quality the Virgo loves and admires.
Libra, Abaddon
Abbadon wasn't always a demon. She had to find a middle path between her existence as a human and her career as a demon. Her eternal dilemma as a human and a Knight of Hell is of intense interest to the Libra, who always seeks and admires balance.
Libra also likes that Abbadon doesn't use blind aggression or force to get what she wants, but instead forms a methodical plan. At one point she was Queen of Hell, thanks to her determination and ingenuity, and Libra also knows it's better to avoid confrontation and serve revenge up cold.
Scorpio, Cain
Scorpio likes the complex history and lore surrounding this character to begin with, but what really draws them in is the connection to an ancient legend. The character of Cain ret-cons the Biblical figure into something more nuanced and less villainous. Cain often ends up in a position of self-sacrifice for the greater good, which includes losing his own family, and Scorpio isn't the type to be neutral, either. Scorpio can trust Cain to keep all of their dark secrets since he has more than a few himself.
Sagittarius, Samhain
The artistic Sagitarrius craves a rare and exotic lover and hates being tied down, so the demon that can only appear every 600 years after an elaborate ritual is performed would be their ideal partner. Samhain is one of the oldest demons in Hell as well as one of the most powerful and seems to have a flippant sense of humor that reflects the holiday he inspired. Sagitarrius likes a few laughs and instead of being afraid or repulsed, they would like Samhain's dark jokes.
Capricorn, Azazel
The Capricorn person is drawn to leadership and discipline, making Azazel the perfect match for them. This Prince of Hell holds such a high position of power, respect, and fear that he was frequently given nicknames like Yellow Eyes to avoid speaking his name. He's also one of the most important antagonists in the show, appearing in several seasons, and is essential to driving the plot. That's the sort of status and leadership that impresses a Capricorn.
