Warning! Spoilers for Superman: Red & Blue #6 by DC Comics.

In a new, adorable story from DC Comics, Streaky the Supercat shows what happens when a superpowered feline gets angry and shows off its incredible powers. In the story, "Hissy Fit," Superman and Supergirl start packing up the Fortress of Solitude, meaning Streaky needs to be put in a carrier. However, Streaky panics when the Man of Steel pulls out the carrier and causes some serious mayhem.

Streaky the Supercat debuted more than 60 years ago in Action Comics #261. Originally, Streaky debuted as Supergirl's pet who gained powers after accidentally coming in contact with kryptonite. Streaky has been a member of DC's Legion of Super-Pets and has played a small role in Supergirl's stories - although the cat hasn't been a regular part of her adventures for a while. Still, Streaky the Supercat is a cute and powerful hero and, like Krypto, is one of the strongest animals in the DC Universe. In a new story, Streaky makes a welcome return and shows exactly how powerful the feline is.

In the Superman: Red & Blue story by Sophie Campbell and Brittany Holzherr, Streaky excitedly watches as Supergirl and Superman are packing up in the Fortress of Solitude. Among the boxes are a duplicator ray, a Batman robot, and the Bottled City of Kandor. When Streaky notices Superman taking their toys and cat tower away, Supergirl comforts the cat. But, when Superman pulls out a cat carrier (with an adorable nervous look on his face), Streaky goes ballistic.

Streaky's eyes ignite and it uses its heat vision to cut the carrier in half. Then, the fur on the cat's body spikes up, and Streaky's claws come out.

Streaky flies away from the Fortress of Solitude and accidentally cuts through a boat in a fit of rage. Thankfully, Superman and Supergirl lift the ship out of the water and use their own heat vision to weld it back together. The chase continues as Superman catches up with Streaky, but the angered cat hits them with a blast of energy. After letting them go (and fly around the Earth), Streaky eventually returns and accepts the situation. Superman and Supergirl reward them with some head scratches.

Like most cats, Streaky isn't a big fan of change. So, when Superman and Supergirl start moving their stuff around, Streaky reacts how a typical cat would - however, considering Streaky has Superman-lite powers, their rage is much more damaging. Thankfully, time heals all wounds and once Streaky The Supercat flew around the globe, they realized that moving might not be so bad after all. All in all, Superman and Supergirl managed the situation pretty well.
