Martian Manhunter is one of the original members of the Justice League and first debuted in Detective Comics #225. J'onn J'onzz was created by Joseph Samachson and Joe Certa and appeared in a number of DC Comics adaptions, including most recently in Zack Snyder's Justice League. The Green Martian was born with a number of incredible powers, including the ability to shapeshift and telekinesis. Over the years he's been a key member of the Justice League, but this one story ultimately turned him against his fellow heroes - leading Superman to admit the truth about Martian Manhunter's incredible powers.
