Kyle Cooke, the party boy of Summer House, has revealed that he is thankful for the Bravo show since it kept him and his wife Amanda Batula together. Originally, Kyle was known as a frat boy whose partying ways were fun for fans to watch. Now that he runs his own business and is a husband, Kyle is claiming that he has the show to thank for all of it.

When Summer House fans first met the blond reality TV star, he was hitting on former Vanderpump Rules star Stassi Schroeder. Viewers almost fell off their seats when he called her "Steve Jobs" for wearing a white turtle neck bathing suit. The next summer, Kyle decided to pursue his now-wife Amanda for two seasons. The two had some heated battles on the show, which almost ended in a breakup or two. However, the love birds and Loverboy owners finally made it down the aisle. The wedding will be aired on the newest season as fans are thrilled Kyle finally grew out of his Peter Pan syndrome.

Both Kyle and Amanda opened up about their relationship while on the Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef podcast, with each sharing their own take on their history together. Kyle shared that he couldn't have imagined doing Summer House without Amanda by his side. He called her his partner in crime and claimed that filming the show wouldn't have gone "smoothly" without her there. Amanda shared that while it hasn't always been easy dealing with unsolicited advice and hate from trolls, she handled things her own way. "You might not agree with the way I handled something because it's not you. And that's why you're not dating Kyle, and I am," she claimed.

Interestingly enough, Kyle joked that he didn't exactly know what he was signing up for, admitting that he wasn't even sure what Bravo was when he signed with the network. Six summers later, the show and the couple are still going strong and even had their own spin-off, Winter House. As for Amanda, she shared that she connected with Kyle right away but made sure the relationship went at his pace rather than hers. She then noted that he dragged her on reality TV and explained that they had to do a "lot more work from there on out, but we made it through."

Summer House viewers are thrilled that the duo survived, as they have become fan favorites over time. The newest season will showcase Amanda and Kyle's wedding but not before one last blowout almost breaks them apart for good. This time, it was Amanda who almost got cold feet and called off their nuptials. Luckily, both worked through their issues, and fans will now have a nice wedding to look forward to.
