After becoming the most hated cast member of Summer House season 5, Hannah Berner has announced her exit from the show. The reality TV star took to Instagram to share her plans for the summer, making no mention of filming with the cast. Her surprising departure comes after the podcast host was blasted at the reunion over her poor behavior on and off the show.

Hannah was once a fan-favorite during her inception into the Hamptons house. Her fun, playful nature made her a stand-out among her BFF trio with Amanda Batula and Paige DeSorbo. But after she fell hard for fellow Summer House housemate Luke Gulbranson, the dynamic in her friendship with Amanda and Paige began to shift. Once she moved on from Luke with her now-fiancé Des Bishop, Hannah showed a side of herself on the show that offended some of the cast and tons of viewers. By the time of the reunion, the Berning in Hell host was called out for her onscreen and offscreen antics that included hooking up with Des in Amanda and Kyle Cooke's bathroom and accusing Carl Radke of doing drugs on her podcast.

While viewers were anticipating what the vibe would be like on Summer House season 6, it looks like Hannah won't be around to find out. The Bravo star took to her Instagram on Friday to confirm her departure from the show. "This past year has been one of the most important in my life for self reflection, love and learning a lot of s***," Hannah captioned a photo of herself doing stand-up comedy. "I look forward to an exciting summer, but with mixed emotions I’m announcing I won’t be spending it living in the summer house," she confirmed.

She went on to express gratitude for the opportunities that being on Summer House brought her. "These last three summers have truly been a whirlwind and the show has, without a doubt, changed my life and I will forever be thankful for the platform it has provided me," she continued before sharing her plans to get back to doing what she loves most. "Making people laugh is what brings me joy and I am so excited to announce that I will spending this summer touring my stand-up and telling fart jokes at comedy clubs and theaters near you," she said. With no explanation as to what led her to leave the show, fans can only guess at the moment.

Viewers left comments expressing their disappointment with her decision. "The house won't be the same without you," wrote one fan. But oothers shared their joy over the news. "Woooohooo," one person said. "See you never sister," added another. The mixed reactions are a result of all the drama Summer House's Hannah was involved in last season. She got engaged back in February and is clearly ready to move on with her life. She definitely will be remembered as Summer House goes on.
