Ciara Miller is being called out by Summer House fans who think she took no accountability in her wine toss fight with Danielle Olivera. Ciara surprised viewers with her behavior this season. With it being her second season on the show, getting into a fight with Danielle was the last thing viewers expected to see. Ciara allowed her anger over a failed fling with Southern Charm's Austen Kroll to get in the way of her friendships in the house.
What started as a messy Winter House love triangle between Austen, Ciara, and Lindsay Hubbard, turned into an even messier dinner party in The Hamptons Summer House. Ciara became enraged over Lindsay's unbothered attitude over Austen playing them both. While Lindsay responded to the failed fling by hooking up with other guys, Ciara handled things by building up her anger until she exploded. With Danielle always involving herself in Lindsay's cast feuds, she ended up on the receiving end of a glass of red wine Ciara hurled her way. Despite the apology Ciara gave after the low blow, Danielle admitted at the reunion that she expected Ciara to reach back out once it aired to offer a sincere apology.
Ciara apologized again at the reunion, but not without explaining where her head was at and why she didn't reach out to Danielle once it aired. After watching it back, Reddit user u/HayPlaceAPlaceforHay accused Ciara of taking "zero accountability" for her poor behavior. The viewer bashed Ciara for seemingly apologizing with excuses. Saying things like "I shouldn’t have done it, but…” or “I’m sorry, but I did it because….” The Redditor accused Ciara of deflecting without taking full ownership of the trauma she brought on Danielle. "She felt like her behavior was bad enough to apologize for but she blamed it on how Danielle was acting or thinking," they wrote.
The tension at the Summer House season 6 reunion was thick. Ciara was clearly in a team with Paige DeSorbo, Amanda Batula, and newcomer Mya Allen. While Amanda made time to call out Lindsay for her seemingly insincere apology to Ciara, fans felt like she didn't have the same energy for her friend Ciara. "HER apology is the one Amanda should have been instructing and picking apart, not Lindsey’s," one Redditor quipped. Another viewer noted how Ciara never "considered" Lindsay's feelings while engaging in a flirty romance with Austen in Vermont. When the gang arrived to film the winter special, it was known Lindsay and Austen had already hooked up in the past. Lindsay had hopes of pursuing a relationship with Austen, but he wasn't interested.
Some viewers think that if Ciara would've kept her distance from Austen out of consideration for Lindsay, she never would have gotten herself into the messy love triangle. However, the Bravo star was able to cause complete disarray in the Summer House. The ladies on the cast are completely split, and Danielle and Lindsay are outnumbered. Ciara may have more allies on her side, but the fans aren't. They want to see her take ownership of her attack against Danielle without excuses.
